This is wonderful! I'm so glad it's getting it's very own source, as so many people love it (including myself.. I've got a ton of people on here into it! XD) and they'll all be so pleased for it to exist. It's going to be HUGE. I'm so excited ^_^

I haven't watched the show myself, but it seems (surprisingly) very popular, yet there doesn't seem to have an active fansite for it. I have heard good things about it; it seems like a show with a very bad premise, but a very good execution from the people who worked on it.

I'll take care of preparing everything needed and choose the staff when I come back from my vacation in one week!

(please do yourself a favor and concentrate on the newer show, though...that seems to be the one that people like)

Yesss! I ADORE this idea! I mean, focus on the newer series, please, but include some information on some of the older ones. Thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou! I'm soooo excited X3 I've already created an MLP fan character, before I knew this was going to be a source XDD

You know what? After I listened to the new sourcecast episode, I took Aniu's advice and watched MLP on youtube. (Because I don't have the Hub on my TV.) And thinking it was going to be like those toddler shows on PBS kids or nick jr, let me tell you I was completely wrong. Even though the ponies on the show are all cutesy and girly and giggly (well some of them), after I watched the first episode, I actually wanted to see more. NOW I see why everybody loves it so much, and now I am proud to say that I'm a My Little Pony fan! So....I also agree with the people here who want MLP source. For the people who haven't seen it, just watch a few minutes on youtube and you'll be hooked.

EDIT: I just checked some of the last comments and....YAYYYYYYY!!! It's gunna be a real source!! Whoohoo! Sorry, I'm just so excited right now!! :mrgreen:

•Film or Series: Film
•General Information: The film begins with a sabre-toothed squirrel (known as Scrat) who is trying to find a location to store his prized acorn. Eventually, as he tries to hide it, he causes an avalanche. He barely escapes, but finds himself stepped on by a herd of prehistoric animals. The animals are trying to avoid the ice age by migrating south. Sid, a clumsy Megalonyx sloth left behind by his family, is attacked by two Brontops whom he angered. Sid is soon saved by Manfred ("Manny"), an agitated mammoth who fights them off. Not wanting to be alone and unprotected, Sid follows Manny. Meanwhile, Soto, the leader of a Smilodon pride wants revenge on a group of humans by eating the chief's baby son, Roshan, alive. There is an attack on the human camp, causing Roshan's mother to be separated from the rest and jump into a waterfall. Soto's lieutenant, Diego, is sent to find and bring the baby back. Sid and Manny spot Roshan and his mother near the lake, having survived her trip over the waterfall. The mother only has enough strength to trust her baby to Manny before she disappears. After much persuasion by the sloth, they decide to return Roshan (nicknamed "Pinky") but when they get to the human camp, the humans are gone. They meet up with Diego, who convinces the pair to let him help by tracking the humans. The four travel on, with Diego secretly leading them to an ambush. Soon they reach a cave where Sid and Diego learn about Manny's past and his previous interactions with the humans, where his wife and son were killed, leaving Manny a cynical loner. At one time the group passes a flying saucer embedded in clear ice. At the end of the film, Diego, Manny and Sid battle Soto's pack and a short fight ensues. As Soto closes in for the kill on Manny, Diego leaps and stops Soto, who wounds Diego in the process. Manny, in vengeance, knocks Soto into a wall of rocks, where sharp icicles fall on Soto, killing him. Manny and Sid manage to return the baby to his tribe, and Diego rejoins them, as the group begins to head off to warmer climates.

I am going to suggest a DragonTales Source. Why should it be added? Because it's full of music and talks about social situations such as when it's the right time to be silly.

There's a Toy Story and Rio Source in the making, so I don't think that's true.
I fully support the idea of an Ice Age source!

I heard about that, but from the same source [don't remember who said it now] they also said it was made by someone else, and not Steet and the makers of AS. *shrug*

Ohmygoshohmygoshohmygoshohmygosh! (Rainbow Dash impersonation) Steet, you just made me squee on the inside. Thank you so much! And yes, I wanted the focus to be more heavily on the newer series, but as with the rest of the Source sites, include information on the older ones so as not to alienate fans of the older series. But I completely agree that the main focus should be on the newer, growing one. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ^.^
