Russet growled and turned to pull Delilah close to his side, protectively. As a wolf, it was in his nature to protect those he loved. Plus, he wanted to show Julius that Delilah was his as well.

"Let's go," Russet said gruffly to Delilah.

"Hppmffh." Russet coughed up. Russet was tired and decided to take a nap. He kept Delilah with him, again protectively. The idea of Julius trying to tear them apart and wolves near by made him react like a mother would.

As Russet woke he realized Julius was in the room, watching the two. Russet growled at Julius. "Why? Why do you ALWAYS have to be watching me? I'm NOT going to done anything."

"I know that... you just don't have to watch me sleep." he bickered.

"Right. Still, it's not like I'm going to murder her in my sleep. I wouldn't even do that awake." he said, still a bit annoyed.

Russet snarled back. "That's because she wouldn't move. And that's NOT what we were talking about! Couldn't you just check up on her once and a while. You don't have to sit here and watch her... if that's who you're watching." Russey rolled his eyes and went back to sleep... or tried to.
