Troy ran to the informatory after Harley and found the three dogs talking. When he heard Harley say that (at the very end of the last post), Troy said "Don't worry Harley. The rookie won't mess this up. You have to have some faith in the kid. And if he screws it up then blame it on me and I will gladly take all the punishment I have to endure because I have some faith in him."
