Kira just sighed nodded to Aramay before being left alone to grieve for her dead mate...and the only wolf she could ever rely on. "Oh, Deidara," she whispered, tears still streaming down her face and onto his wound. "Why did this have to happen?... Why?!" She could feel herself being torn apart, starting at the heart. Then she could feel that her whole world was coming to an end. For Deidara was her only friend...that had survived the battle at home at least.

She took a deep breath and looked up at the sky. She could see the early night stars coming out, but then, at that moment...one star shone brighter than ever.

You must live...for the pups...

She gritted her teeth as she thought about his last words, but she figured that he was right... "I do need to live," she told herself. "I must...for my pups will need their mother. Even though they shall carry a burden that they will never know their father...I...I must keep on living. For myself...for the pups' sake!"

Dark grined as he walked out from his hiding place and walked back to the forest he would kill them all soon enought one at a time he smiled at the throught

Slash sat next to holly thinking deeply

'How are you felling holly' he asked

Aramay sighed and lay down, she knew moning would come soon.
No need to worry, my little Aramay, tomorrow is a new day! Every new day is a new beginning.

Her mothers words came back to her. And what wise words they are She thought.
Although she had been meaning to keep guard, she slowly fell asleep, thinking about all the days events. And as she slept, the moon started to glow brighter, then, as dawn approached, duller.

Holly sighed "I don't know" she whispered, The young female threw a filthy look at Ice "But I can't believe he just killed someone" she sighed. She curled up "Night Slash" she said before sleeping.

Ice was still awake at dawn, He'd been awake all night thinking. The young wolf stared at the moon "What would they think of me now?" he asked himself, secretly terrified of the answer. He looked back at where Aramay was lying "She was right" he said to himself "I can't control myself, My temper isn't normal" he sighed.

Aramay stretched, it was morning. She yawned, then wondered where she was. The events of the night before hit he, and her good mood vanished instantly. She found herself out in the open, which had scared her when she had first woken up. She looked around, then headed back to the den where she supposed Slash, Holly, and Ice were.

Ice saw Aramay approaching and lowered his head. He sat up and looked at her "Aramay, Look, I know Iwas stupid last night..." he trailed off, He'd practiced this over and over in his head but now it just sounded dumb. He looked at his paws "Well, you could say more than stupid" he sarted again, But that didn't sound right either. He fidgeted slightly, unsure what to say.

Slash sighed and stood he had to get away from them

'If i stay' he said and whinched and ran in the darkness

Dark grined

'Smart move' he said and started following

Kira just sighed slently and opened her eyes to find her dead mate still in front of her. She had an urge to tear up again, but she tried to refrain as she found the strength to sit up again. She then looked back down at Deidara once more before turning away, trying to hide the tears that were threatening to spill over. For Deidara's sake...I have to be strong. But for the pup's sake as well... She sighed heavily and stood up to see if anybody else was awake. Suddenly, instincts kicked in as she began to howl at the rising sun, still in grief for her dead mate.

Aramay had sat down to listen to what Ice wanted to say. She knew he regretted it, she knew he was sorry, she knew he must feel terrible...

Just as he began to speak, she heard a howl. she bolted to the clearing, tomake sure that Kira was okay, but stopped very suiddenyl seeing she was howling in greif. She started to back away, to leave her in peace again, as that was probabaly what she wanted

Slash sighed as he walked away

'Its for the best' he said to himself
