Luke whimpered. "Sorry, I didn't mean to make you sad..." he said. He nuzzled her, trying to relex her. "I'm sorry you've been lost so long...how did you end up here?"

Kitta smiled, nuzzling Luke back. "No, you didn't make me sad...I made myself sad." she sighed, gently licking his cheek. "I was three, and my Master and I were out here, fishing...the same shark that attacked your boat attacked ours. He killed my Master, and nearly killed me. Ava saved me though." Kitta smiled fondly at her friend.

Luke nodded and nuzzled her. "I'm glad she saved you." he said, smiling and wagging his little tail. "She's a nice dolphan."

Kitta chuckled, her tail wagged slowly. She began to feel a little better. "I'm glad too, or else I wouldn't have met you." she grinned
Morgan's eyes opened slowly. Sure, it was a short sleep, but she didn't need much sleep, anyway.

Luke wagged his little tail. "I'm glad we met too." he said. "You're very nice...and kind...and and...your pretty to." he said, getting excited.

Kitta couldn't help but laugh softly, and licked Luke's cheek gently. "Aren't you sweet!" she grinned and toppled him playfully.

Luke giggled. He rolled on his back to let her rubb his tummy.

Kitta placed a paw on Luke's tummy. With a big grin, she began to rub quickly through the pup's soft fur.

Luke giggled but really enjoyed it. "That feels really good." he said. "My human used to do it a lot...he wasn't on the boat, his parents were but he wasn't." he said, happy and sad at the same time.

Kitta stopped, and leaned down to nuzzle Luke. "Your owner will find you then!" she decalred, and looked serious. "I promise..."

"How?" asked Luke, concerned. "I mean I believe he can find me but how?" he asked. He looked out at the water. "Especially with that...thing out there."

"He'll find a way." said Kitta, and looked up at the sky. "I swear, if it takes me forever you'll get home!" she turned to Luke, sadness in her eyes. "I don't want you to go through what I have. Now, I'm old...The family I knew is gone. You're too sweet." a smile spread over her muzzle.

Luke blushed at being called sweet. "Aww thank you." he said, nuzzling her. "You're really nice though." he said. "You've still got a great heart."

Kitta smiled, and nuzzled Luke gingerly. "I'm glad, being alone so long didn't destroy my heart." she said, and laid down beside the pup.

Luke nodded. "You've got a good heart." he said. "And your pretty, you're eyes are a wonderful color."
