Tiga nodded. "Sure but I'm not sleepy anymore, can we look now?" she asked, now full of energy, she started chasing her tail until she got dizzy and fell down.
Balto nodded. "Yeah, I guess so." he said. "And I'm lucky to have a brother like you."

Tiga watched as the pages moved. "Hey isn't that Kodi?" she asked, pointing to a picture of Kodi's first day on the mail team. "And Dusty too."

Tiga watched on. "Hey there's Fang as a puppy." she said, refering to a picture of Fang at the vet's being checked on. It was when he was a little pup and had just arrived at Nome, malnurished and somewhat dehydrated.
"So should we go tell the females what we're going to do?" asked Balto.

Tiga looked at her momma as a pup. It also showed Jenna's parents and siblings, along with Rosie and family picking Jenna out. "Are the other dogs in the picture? Are the two big ones your momma and papa?"
"I'm ready to go." said Fang.
"I think Jenna might come this time, she doesn't like me going out alone, I have to admit, I nearly die everytime I do." said Balto.

Tiga let out a soft whine and licked her mother's tears. "What's wrong momma?" she asked, pinning her ears.
Balto pointed to a small scar on his head from where Steele smacked his head off the rock. "The first time you didn't help." he said, teasing.

Tiga nodded. "Ok..." she said, not wanting to press forward with something that might make Jenna cry but could contain her curiousity. "Where is your family? I've never seen them."
Balto licked his half-brother. "I forgave you for that a long time ago." he said, smiling.

Tiga nuzzled her mother. "I'm sorry momma." she said. "But at least you have a good family here." she said. She looked at some more pictures. "Why is Fang with my big brothers and sisters at the vets?" she asked, pointing to a picture. She didn't know Fang's story.
Balto nuzzled his brother. "I know but you need to forgive yourself like everyone else has."
