Toby sensed hostility between him and the other dog, but he kept looking at the hole. He saw something there, moving. "A dog?" He wondered. His thoughts were confirmed, another dog sat in the hole, its fur bristling. It looked ready to pounce on him. But it also looked injured, and in need of medical attention. "Your friend is injured" Murmured Toby quietly. He looked at the dog, looking over her. Her injuries looked one or two days old, and they were mostly around her side, making it looked like she had been kicked repeatedly.

Storm's ears strained forward listening to the male. He growled some as he was looking over Twilight. "Yes, we are aware of that." Storm informed and then turned to see her struggling to get to his side. "Hey...its fine its fine. You don't need to come over here."

''toby! i have been looking for you! why are you in town, and why did you leave in the par...'' shinxs stoped mid sentence when she saw the two other dogs, both much larger than her.
''what...what is going on?'' she asked timidly, moving her slender body towards toby, hoping if the other dogs attaced he would protect her.

Toby glanced at Shinx, feeling her press up against him. "Well.... I don't know what I'm doing here, really." He lied "I have friends around town who... I was visiting, when I kind of.. bumped into these two" He knew why he was here. He was worried about the evil wolves.... But shouldn't that make him want to be at his den more? No. he wanted to protect his friends. Toby looked over the injured female once more, trying to see if she had any broken ribs, then he decided that the dogs could take care of themselves, they didn't seem to want his help, anyway. He watched the female dog move over to her friend, Storms side, wincing in pain, then he diverted his attention to Storm. "You don't have to worry.... I mean you no harm, I was just passing by... You probably think its weird, me being in town, but I have friends here.... and.... Other things are happening, in the wold of wolves, that dogs do not need to worry about." He said the last part with a growl in his voice, thinking of the evil wolves.

I'm going to be the wolf in the evil wolf pack who came from the outside and was the only wolf ever to be accepted by Oomathro into his all-his-own-pups pack.
Name: Melody
Age: Two years
Breed: Wolf
History: Melody was a pup of two loners, but decided not to stay with them and create a pack with them. Her brothers all died, and she was going through tough times in hunting, when she met and joined a pack. Eventually the pack became too large to support all of the wolves in it, so they kicked Melody out, at which point she found and joined the evil wolf pack.
Personality: Melody is nothing like her name. Meet up with her and your bound for a fight. She is loyal only to her pack, but is not all that evil. She has a soft spot for pups - as do all wolves - but she likes town dog pups. Melody can be kind, but doesn't show it much - her top concern is, and always will be, her pack.
description/picture: Attached to this post. She has brown eyes that everyone - even her pack - think are red, due to their reddish brown colour. She is a beautiful wolf, that any dog or wolf would love to have as their mate, her body is slender, and her face is narrow - but not to the point where she looks like a fox - so that she appears very beautiful.

Atross whent to his den for the night, tired and happy about the days events. 'i can't wait to see what that wolf does when it sees it's den!' he thought.
he layed his head down and whatched his many brothers and siters walk by.

Melody walked tiredly on the path to her den, recalling the days events. "That wolf...." She thought "He's in for a surprise, yes indeed, I can't wait to see what he does when he finds his den" She savored a picture of him devastated, his den destroyed, rolling it around in her mind like it was the best thing in the world. She remembered tearing up his bed at the back of his den, which had been carefully arranged with fur from his dead family members, no doubt collected when he found them dead. Melody suddenly caught Atross's scent, so, all thoughts of the wolf's den gone from her mind, she walked over to his den, entering it. "Atross...?" She said softly "Are you in here?" She grinned when she saw him. "So, Atross.... How was today for you?" She asked.

Toby glanced at the female dog again, she seemed on edge, and not too happy about his presence. "Anyway.. I'm going to go now, see you around.." He said hastily, quickly walking off. As he walked off he jerked his nose in a signal for Shinx to follow him. Then he passed around a corner, and the dogs were out of sight. "I'll never understand town dogs... but, in some ways, I can." He thought to himself "They are so similar to me, yet so different."

shinxs looked at toby, relived to have left the other dogs behind. ''so...'' she started but then stopped. what was she supposed to say? what do you say to a lone wolf that comes to town, and you have only met once before, but yet you seem to realy like him?
''i don't like snow'' she said, then regreted it. what a dumb thing to say, and it was totally random... well at least it was true. she shiverd again and thought of that night, when she got lost and was attaced, then woke to mysteriously found herself at home.
she had an unexplained feeling to tell toby about it, but held her tounge. 'i realy don't need to be telling strangers about my past do i?' she thought silently to herself.
Atross looked up from were he lay to see that another wolf had enterd the den... a female, he was about to growl at her to leave, thinking she was one of his many sisters but realized she was not.
it was that new wolf... Melody. he stared at her for awile, and her red eyes stared back at him.
he thought he heard her say something but didn't know what. he was deep in thought. 'she is not that bad looking is she? ha, and i wonder what father would say if his eldest, and greates son was the the only one in the pack other than him who had a mate... hmm.... she seems nice enough, i guess well have to wait and see' he thought.

Toby was in thought, and barely heard Shinx talking to him. He only heard a muffled "I don't like snow." He remained silent for a while before realizing what Shinx had said. "Uhh.... What?" He said, distractedly. "Oh, Umm.... Why don't you like snow?" He asked.
Melody kept watching Atross, waiting for his reply. When he didn't reply, she waited a while before repeating her question. "What did you think of today, Atross?" She asked, daintily licking a paw.

Storm smiled as the two dogs, or dog and wolf, or whatever left. He relaxed his body, silver and white hair falling down from their bristled state. He turned his warm golden brown gaze to Twilgiht, "Well, that could have gone far worse." He smirked and sat down, licking his jaws, throat a bit hoarse from all the snarling.
