Kira just sighed and looked up at the stars. Suddenly, she started singing a song that she had heard not so long ago.
She said, I was seven and you were nine,
I looked at you like the stars that shine in the sky,
The pretty lights.
And our daddies used to joke about the two of us,
Growing up and falling in love,
And our mamas smiled, and rolled their eyes
Oh my my my...
Take me back to the house in the backyard tree,
Said you'd beat me up you were bigger than me.
You never did, you never did.
Take me back to when our world was one block wide,
I dared you to kiss me and ran when you tried.
Just two kids, you and I,
Oh my my my my.
Kira then sighed heavily as she got up and turned away, walking back to camp. But what if Wanderer doesn't feel the same way as I do? she asked herself. What if...?

Luke giggled at Wander. "Tell her." he said aloud. "I mean who knows right?" he asked. He looked at Flower. "How bad did I break my ankle?"

"I can't tell as well as a human healer," Flower said. "But from what I know, it's only mild. Not a sprain though, it's definately broken. It should take a few weeks heal."
"When it's better," Mara said to Luke, "will you take me hunting with you? Surf and I ddin't get to go today." She glared at Flower.

"I don't know, its up to the grown ups and I'm pretty danger prone, which my foot should show." he said, looking down at his injured leg. "But I'd like to." said Luke wiht a smile.
OOC: Like Salome said, I can play as Surf so she doesn't get too far behind. I want to but can someone tell me the last page she posted on?

Surf walks out of the cave. "What is it?" she asked.
Luke smiled. "Tell her what I were talking about, Mara." he said.

"Yuo don't need to get up," witnerfall said. "Keep your apw still for it to mend fully. No, I need your ideas." He lowered his voice so that only Luke could hear. "I want to get Wanderer to tell Kira his feelings... you heard that right? It wasn't really quiet... where he took us I mean."

Luke thought. "Well maybe...hmmm...maybe we can...hey what about that 'magic lake'? Sounds kinda romantic to me." he said, smiling.
"That sounds like a good idea to me." said Surf. "But we'll have to wait for Luke to heal properly.

"Don't worry," Mara said to Surf. "No one's rushing him. He could hurt his leg even more if he walks on it ioo soon."
"That's right, Mara," Flower said. "And if anyone tries to get him off of his feet too soon, they'll have to answer to me."

"Good," Flower said. "Luke needs his rest."
"Me and Surf will make sure he gets it," Mara said. "Come one, Luke." She tugged on his tail gently to get him into the den.
