That's true. I prefer live ones myself. Sure they tend to come smaller, but it's eco-friendly (and it can be fun to plant them in the yard or give them to a friend later). You get more for your money without sacrificing tradition. Everyone wins.

We use a plastic tree, but what makes us economically friendly, as we use our tree right untill it collapses.

Spruce trees don't grow to well in Central Queensland.

Sorry for butchering a perfectly good map. Map found on Google.

For those who cannot read what it says (for that I do not blame you) the black arrow says "Tropic of Capricorn" and the red arrow says "I am here."

They say the Royal Family of the United Kingdom are not allowed to marry catholics....

That doesn't mean to say Prince Charles can marry a horse from Cornwall.

A boy at a relative's wedding went down the isle. He would take two steps and then turn to the audience, alternating between the bride's family and the groom's family, hold up his hands like claws, and roar. Step, step. "Rawr." Step, step. "Rawr." By the time he got to the front, the crowd was in tears from laughing. The boy, on the other hand, was becoming increasingly embarrassed from the laughter. When he got to the front, the priest asked, "What are you doing?"
The boy, now with tears in his eyes, said...
"I was being the ring bear."

Man Laws:
(For the record, there are a number of these which I do not agree with)
- A man may not use the word "cute."
- When walking on a beach, men do not pick up sea shells.
+ A man will use duct tape for anything found broken.
+ Sports on Sunday: It's like the changing of the tides or the phases of the moon. Live with it.
- Yes, no, and maybe are acceptable answers to any question. Additional information should be Googled.
+ If you are playing sports, and injured to the point where you are taken off the field on a stretcher, you'd better be going to the hospital and not standing on your own two feet when you get to the sidelines.
* Men do not shop. They buy things.
+ A guy shopping (buying things) with his girlfriend already has enough clothes and too many shoes.
- You are only allowed to own a dog which you would not be able to drop-kick through a set of goal posts.
+ Dog collars must be in primary colors.
+ Dogs have fur already, they don't need clothes (except for the protective booties worn by rescue dogs).
+ Your car trunk was designed to hold things. It should never, under any circumstances be empty.

I've seen that guy he was amazing. If only I could remember his name. Another one of his jokes went like this.
-Nowadays all the lakes around here are making the people comply to the catch and release rule. Back when I was a kid there was no catch and release, there was catch and Eat.

That guy was really funnny, I wish I could remember his name.

That's the guy.

Here's a joke:

A senator dies and goes to heaven (no comments yet). When he gets there he asks and angel if he'll go to heaven or hell. The angel says that he doens't know as we don't get very many senators up here. So he gives the senator a choice. He must spend a day in heaven and a day in hell and then afterwards he must choose where he will spend eternity. So he spends a day in heaven where he flies through the clouds and sings and eats and is happy. The next day he descends down to hell where he finds a pristine country club and all his former associates playing golf, billiards, and smoking cigars and drinking champange. The devil himself is there talking about his business expidentures. He had a great time in hell and before he knew it the day was up.
"Okay" asked the angel "where do you want to spend an eternity."
"I can't believe I'm saying this," said the senator, "But I think I'll choose hell." And so he goes back down to hell where he finds that the country club is gone and all his associates are miserable and in torture. The devil walks up to him and the senator asked," What happened here?"
The devil answered, "yesterday we were campaigning."

No real senators were sent to hell in the making of this joke.

Once, a friend of mine tried to get directions on Google on how to get from home to Australia. There were two different results that came up two different times:

Result #1: Kayak 1500+ miles (I just guesstimated at that number... I don't remember the exact number) across the Pacific Ocean from Los Angeles to Sydney.

Result #2: Kayak 1,000 + miles (Again, guesstimation) across the Pacific Ocean from San Francisco to Japan (go around Japan for some ways up to the southernmost point in Japan, then) Kayak 1,000 Miles across the Pacific Ocean (guesstimate) to Australia.

Not only is the distance ridiculous, but kayaking? What kind of a kayak do they think we'll use in such a trip?

Wolfdog --> I've heard another variant of that joke, but in that one it was Bill Gates and the devil's remark was, "Oh, that was just the screensaver."
Swords --> That does sound nuts. Here's a fun one: go on Google, type in "Find Chuck Norris," and click, "I'm feeling lucky."
