Simon flicked his ears and turned to the source of the voice.

Volta came out of the shadows, "Yea.. I'm still here," he said in a kind of like mean and hurtful voice as he went over to get some water.
"Volta... it's not like you don't matter to me... you're still a friend," she said.

Simon remained silent, he neither liked nor disliked Volta, but he didn't want to bud in between he and Halina.

Halina soon rolled her eyes, "Be like this all you want, ever since Ca-"
"Don't. Say. Her. Name." he growled flashing a looked at Halina.
"Don't tell me what to do," she growled back and soon went back over to the pups and Simon.

Simon wanted to argue that Volta had done as much damage to Cammile as Cammile had done to him, but Simon shook his head and remained quiet.

"Oh yea?" Volta started, "And what you going to do?" he asked, "Get your possessed mother onto me... ooo so scared," he teased and smirked.
"Don't. Insult, my mother. In front of me," she growled. he fur starting to bristle.

"Volta." Simon stated firmly, looking over at him. "Stop. Or i'll get MY mother on you."

Volta rolled his eyes, and growled at Simon, "And what? I'll just kill you next," he growled.
"That's it!" Halina growled making Volta flinched, "Coke, Link, Vanessa... we're leaving," she said pushing all 3 towards the door.

Simon rose to his paws and followed behind them. "Better watch your mouth Volta. It's gonna get you in a heap of trouble one day."

Volta rolled his eyes.
Halina looked back at Simon, "Sorry aobut Volta... lately he's been going a bit psycho as well." she explained.

"According to mom he went psycho a long time ago." Simon chuckled.

"That's what I heard," she aid and laughed a bit, "Think your mom would let me stay there a few nights? I don't really want to go to my mother and my 'step-dad'" she said and rolled her eyes thinking about her step dad... she hated him.

Simon shrugged. "Mom don't live where she used to. But the den's empty." he said. "You can stay there if you want."

Halina nodded, "OR if your owner is okay with that... maybe, I can stay with you?" she asked.

Simon thought about it. "I stay in a small kennel in a shed." he laughed. "And the other dogs aren't nice at all..to anyone.."
