Cody sighed and said "I know it's maternal instincts but it isn't from your human self. It is from your wolf. Your wolf is very protective and it hurt my wolf seeing her doing that to protect our son from him and me and it hurt me too. It makes me and my wolf feel like you don't trust us." Cody leaned against Shay's hand and cried on it.

Cody buried his muzzle in Shay's chest and fell asleep. He continued burying his muzzle in her chest while he was asleep, nuzzling her.

Cody woke up a few minutes after Shay went down staris and got out of bed. HE walked down the stairs and found Shay. He asked while stopping her "What are you doing, Shay-doll?"
