Shane tipped his ears backwards, thinking he saw someone coming, but it was just an owl.
"What'd she say?" He asked, sadly knowing the answer before she said it.

"Just her usual gossip," Rochelle shrugged, sitting and curling her tail around her paws. "This time i called her bluff; she didn't like that."

Shane nodded, though he had the look on his face saying 'Be specific'. "Ah. Well, i cant imagine her liking that. She loves to get all up in people's business. She came right up to me and started asking personal questions." He sighed, smiling at Rochelle. "Just brish her off, show her whos boss."

Rochelle nodded. "But she gets made when i do that, so that's why i just avoid her." she paused and added, "Like i do with a lot of people."

Shane chuckled. "Well. I can see how that would woooork..." He said, looking boredly up at the sky. He sighed, and shook his fur free of any biting flys before trotting ahead.

Rochelle yawned an stretched, sprawling her paws out in front of her.

"So..." Shane sighed, looking at Rochelle fir suggestions. "What should we do?" He asked, slowly lowering himself onto the ground.

Rochelle shrugged and then shook out her fur, finishing her stretch.
"It'll be getting dark soon," she said, looking at the sky.

Shane frowned, and sighed. "So i should getcha home. Kurt'll have one of his...hissy fits if your not there." He said, standing.

Rochelle huffed and rose to her paws, flicking her tail to the side.
"He has a fit over everything," she complained.

"He wasnt always like that..." Shane mused, looking at the clouds. He began trotting back towards the cave, before stopping to wait for Rochelle.

Rochelle pranced after him gracefully.
"Well it stinks that he is now," she stated.

"Youuuu and your siblings made him that way silly." Shane woofed, poking her with his nose. He began to make his way to their home, taking the long way.

"Did we?" Rochelle huffed as she padded at his side. "That's a shame."

"Yeah, although...He was more feminine before Eureka had you guys..." He said with a laugh. "He used to hate to get dirty, or as we called it 'get out of character'," Shane gushed, smiling at Rochelle.
