Kyan paused outside the hospital, feeling no need to be there. He didn't know Lance, nor did he know Dean. What would it matter if something was wrong with them? Besides, he couldn't do anything, and someone was probably already on their way anyways.

Kyan stopped, pacing back and forth outside the hospital. Why was the decision so hard? It was either go in and do nothing, or go back to the house and do nothing there. It wasn't a life and death situation - at least, it wasn't one for him yet.

Kyan hesitated for a moment, finally making his decision. If someone were there already, he'd leave. If not, he'd stay. It was simple, though he realized he would probably regret either decision. Peering inside the glass window of the hospital, Kyan saw that there was another there already. He seemed to let out a sigh, though something still wanted to try to help. He had made up his mind, though, and started heading home, regret pouring through every step.
