The Gronckle's cheeks turned red and she and Nova zoomed to first place

"Yeah! Whoohoo!" Nova yelled in delight. "Let's win this thing, baby!"

"Whoa!" Hiccup yelled seeing Meatlug zooming. "How is it possible to make Meatlug, a Gronckle known to fall asleep while flying, to go that fast!?"

"Whoa!" Hiccup yelled seeing Meatlug zooming. "How is it possible to make Meatlug, a Gronckle known to fall asleep while flying, to go that fast!?"

The twins sped past Hiccup, shouting "later, loser!" In harmony

(Sorry for the double post)

"You have got to be kidding me. I'm losing the race so badly, that the twins are passing me."
Then June passed him, and then Snotlout, then Stoick. "That's it, I knew I shouldn't have entered this race. Same thing as last time."

By now Meatlug was losing speed. "Just a little more, come on, we can see the finish line!" Nova patted the dragon encouragingly on the side.

Meatlug could see the finish line. Almost there thought Nova. June was in 2nd, Snotlout in 3rd, the twins in 4th, Hiccup in 5th, and Stoick in 6th. Hiccup was about to command Toothless to shoot a blast of plasma backwards to propel them forward, but suddenly Toothless' tail fin was set aflame. "Ha ha suckers!" Shouted Snotlout zooming by. He must've set fire to Toothless' tail. Hiccup was trying to gain control with his left leg, but the tail fin was disintegrating into ash, and before you could say "Dragons like cod", they were falling out of the sky. At a high speed, it's hard to move around, especially in the sky. Hiccup tried to grab Toothless but it was no use. Hiccup was 50 meters from the ground one second, then hitting a rock the next. He whacked his side against it, and fell unconscience.

When he awoke, he could see his dad, Astrid, and a few of the village doctors. They were carrying him on a stretcher, and on their way to the BVHW (Berk's Village Healers Warehouse). "Its going to be okay son, I promise." Where the last words he heard before falling unconscience again. When he awoke for the second time, he heard what sounded like Astrid and Snotlout arguing. "Why would you be so stupid as to set fire to the only thing that keeps Toothless in the air!?" Shouted Astrid. "I didn't know he needed that to stay in the air!" Yelled Snotlout back.

(Sorry this one is long, I got carried away with it. And also, I will reveal the winner to the race, so don't make any characters say who won.)

"Where have you been? Seriously!" astrid shouted back.

"In Berk! DUH!" Hiccup groaned and the two went to see if he was conscience.

"Hiccup?" Astrid asked slowly. Hiccup's eyes fluttered open. He mumbled something incoherent. "What do you want?" Astrid asked, combing through his tangled hair with her fingers.

"D-drink..."
"Go get him some yakmilk Snotty! Now!" Astrid demanded.
Snotlout ran to get some milk. "Its gonna be okay, Hiccup."

Hiccup groaned in response. "All right, everyone, out of the room, hiccup needs to rest!" Stoic informed everyone.

Stoick stayed with Hiccup while everyone else left. He then muttered something again. "What do you want, son?"
"Every....everything... h-hurts." "I know, son. I know."

"Was it... snotlout?" hiccup managed.
