Racheal took a deep breath, choking back tears. All through the 9 months she had wished she was never going to have him, then she had him and fell in love with him, and then he just... Left... It was more than Racheal could bear, but she was strong enough to handl it. "He was only a few minutes old before he died, he never got to open his eyes. He never got to see his mother." She said, her voice shaky and cracking.

Rikkes looked at his hands, unsure if he should comfort her or not. He looked up at her, deciding against it for now. She had her brother for comfort and he knew how annoying it could be to be given comfort at the wrong times by the wrong people.

Kailen shook his head and pulled his sister into a hug. He looked over at Rikkes, motioning for him to come over too. "Racheal everything will be okay. I promise." He said, not sure that he could ever comfort her in away that she'd feel he was sincere. He sighed as his sister began rubbing her shoulders. He knew that every time she rubbed her shoulders she was in distressed or nervous about something.

Rikkes rose, he sat next to her, putting a gentle hand on her shoulder, "I'm sure that one day you'll find peace with yourself for it. It's not your fault he died." he said softly. He could honestly relate, he'd lost a little sister when he was six, she was only minutes old when she passed.

Kailen looked at him, nodding and turning his attention to the floor. The maid was off in the corner, fighting back tears herself. Racheal nodded and whiped her eyes, she sniffled. "Thanks Rikkes." She said, looking at him with a sad grin. "Your alright." She said in approval, looking over at her brother and then to the books. She sighed.

Rikkes smiled, pleased she thought so. He glanced at her brother and then the maid. It was nice to get to know her a bit better. He crossed his arms and sighed.

Racheal picked up the book she was reading earlier and found her place again. She sat back down next to Kailen and began to read again. Reading was the only way that she wouldn't get fully upset. She needed to get lost within her book again. She needed to escape the outside world once more.

Rikkes looked at Kailen, "Is there a library somewhere in town?" he asked quietly, thinking her idea of reading wasn't so bad. It was all he did at when he was in his house anyway. "I'd like to get a few books myself."

Racheal nodded and sat her book down. "Yeah, c'mon I'll show you." She said and placed the book down. She stood up and wiped her hands on her jeans. She smiled some and walked towards the door, she looked around as she walked outside. Was Zorro okay? Surely he was being well taken care of along with Zeus. Someone must have seen the wound and is healing it right now.

Rikkes nodded, smiling, and got to his feet, following her out the door. It would be nice to return back to the worlds he loved hidden deep in the pages of a book. He jogged to catch up and walk next to her.

Racheal walked in silence, tucking away her emotional baggage while they were out in public. She walked for a few more minutes before reaching the library. The few women inside flew out when Racheal had stepped inside. Racheal looked over at Rikkes, "Here we are." She said, walking over to a table and sitting down.

Rikkes nodded, putting his hands in his pockets, he glanced around. A smile lit up on his face. "Now the challenge, finding something I haven't read... or isn't already in my private collection already." he said. He started down the aisles of shelves.

Racheal smiled and nodded, "I know what you mean. I've read each and everyone of these books at least once." She said and grinned, sitting back and getting comfortable. She looked over at the library owner, who was walking over with a small tea-cup. "Tea ma'am?" She asked with a smile. Racheal nodded, "Sure. Thank you." He said with a smile.

Rikkes grinned, glancing back at her, and nodding. He ran his hands along the books, his hand settling on one. He pulled it out, smiling. "Well, I've read this on once, but, that's always alright." he said and continued to look.
