Max watched him go. He got up and went to check on his sister, he opened the door a crack and say that she and his niece and nephew were sleeping. He grinned and walked back into the living room, he sat and looked at Diana. "I'm sorry, I don't believe I ever introduced myself. Max." he said, jumping to his feet and offering his hand to shake. Another thing about his was that he had a ton of energy and he hated silence, unless he was alone and there was no other people. He grinned.

"Nice to meet you Diana." he said. There was a knock on the door and he glanced at it. "Pardon me, I'll be right back." he said and walked to the door, his puppy greeted him, he payed the shipper and picked up Mage, carrying her inside. She was still really small, really small for a year old a year old, she looked 6 months old. "Mind if I sit by you?" he asked, pointing to the space next to her. He turned his head to one side like a questioning puppy and smiled. Mage jumped out of his arms onto Diana and licked her face.

Mage barked and wagged her stub of a tail. Max sat and Mage wiggled over to him. "Whose my little girl?" he asked Mage, Mage barked and wagged her tail harder, wagging her whole back end. Max laughed. He looked over at Diana. Mage jumped over onto her lap again and lay down on it. She panted happily. Max flinched the slightest bit as there was a thump and looked at the door where the other guys were working out at. He shrugged to himself and looked back at Diana "How'd you end up here?" he asked.

"Well, my sister moved to America after her boyfriend died in a car crash, she's a vet too. I think you two would make great friends, but that's besides the point. Anyway, I worked for the government, top secret inventions. And I am on a vacation right now, we finished our last big project and well, I decided to come to America to see what I could see." Max said and smiled, he looked at Joker and Mage jumped off Diana's lap, trotting over to the giant of a dog.

Max laughed, "Models are something, it amazes me how much they really do think about themselves. I do believe that you made the right choice. Tis a path not fun and often leads to bad things." he said and smiled, he watched the big dog sniff Mage. Mage went over to Jack and pounced on him, Max chuckled. "Hey, you little bug, come on, let the dog sleep." he said. Mage looked at him and then jumped back onto the couch.

Mage pounced on the big dog's head and climbed onto his wide back, she seemed delighted. Max laughed and offered his hand for the mass of a dog to sniff. He looked over at Diana. "Well, you still did the right thing. Hey, you know any good places to eat in town?" he asked, he had on idea what the town was like. He would ask her to dinner, but he didn't know any of the fancy restaurants, in fact he didn't know any restaurants.

Max laughed and Max bounded around, chased by the two dogs. They could crush her is they wanted to, but they were gentle in a way. He laughed as Mage evaded them. He nodded. "You want to got o dinner with me? I'll pay of course, it's the only proper way." he said and smiled, he watched the dogs play for a few seconds before returning his gaze to her. "if your not too busy..." he added after a few moments of thought.

Mage yelped and looked up at Jack, she batted a paw at his face. "Cool." said Max, he wasn't worried about Mage. He watched Diana 'correct' Jack and went to check on his sister.

Villina woke again and quietly got up, she saw her brother and walked into the livingroom just as he was coming to check on her, she smiled. "Hey," she said, she spotted Diana. "You'll never guess what happened." Max said, Villina raised an eyebrow.
