Simba loosened up after Vitani left and walked back over to his mother to catch up with her. She asked him lots of questions about the past few years they haven't seen each other.

Kovu::
He looked out at the setting sun, knowing dark would fall to there disadvantages. He was a pro at seeing in the dark but for poor old Ahadi, things would be tough.

Simba looked to the dimming sky, seeing a few stars now. "Hmm, guess its time to rest." Simba said with a yawn. He retreated to a tree covered area with his mother following close behind. He hit the ground with a thud and lay there with his eyes open thinking about the plan, that they would soon execute.

Nala went over to Simba and sat down near him. She looked up into the sky, too.

"Nice night, huh?" She asked. She was thrilled to see her old friend after so long.

Simba sat up and looked to the sky. "Yeah, it's a beautiful night." Simba nuzzle Nalas shoulder. "I've missed you so much."

Kovu::
He gazed up at the heated balls of gass everyone called, 'stars'. He watched as one dimmed and another lit up brightly. He smirked and plotted something to be done before Scar realized where he was.

Soon the night sky was filled with the millions of great kings. He looked down saddened, thinking about his father.

Nala smiled a Simba and nuzzled him back. "I've missed you, too," She whispered.

"It's been much too long. Has much changed at Pride Rock since I've left? Other than the fact that there are a lot more lions." Simba was curious. He wasn't sure what to expect of Pride Rock.

Kovu::
He saw something, a lioness, he ran full tilt at her. He pounced with deep growl. Thinking it was an intruder. It turned out to be Sarafina. He growled and walked far.

Simba heard Kovu go after something behind him. He quickly ran over to see what was up. He saw a familiar lioness and Kovu walking away from her. "Is everything alright?" Simba looked a little closer at the approaching lioness. "Sarafina?"

Sarafina::
She was in shock but when she looked at Simba she smiled huge. Running up to him and grabbing him in a tight hug. Simbaaa! Your okaayyyyyy awww! She smiled big.

Simba was shocked by the hug. She seemed most excited to see him in a weird way. But he knew his mother was most important. "Of course I'm okay! I wasn't going to let anything get the best of me." Simba stepped back to get a good look at Sarafina, but mostly to get out of the hug. She hadn't changed too much, but just enough. She still had that young look to her, and Simba smiled. "I'm glad to see you again Sarafina."

Sarafina::
I'm glad to see ya too! She smiled huge and looked around. Where's Kiara? Where's her little ole' boyfriend Madoc? She always got Kovu's name wrong. always.
