Sauda hung her head. "Nothing really." she said, shyly. Why are you shy around him? she thought. He's your friend, for Goodness' sake. But what if she felt something stronger than friendship for him? How would that affect her and Chaka's relationship?

Sauda ran on ahead and saw her sister Shani outside. "SHANI!" she called. "What are you doing here?" "Nothing." Shani said, as she nuzzled her sister. "By the way, Dad wants to see you." Sauda went inside the den to see her father. Shani turned to Alonzo." Alonzo?" she asked, pressing her ears flat at asking the older lion for advice.

"I wanted to ask you something." she said. "Its about Sauda and Chaka."

"Its not you." Shani said. "Its just, their fight is going overboard. And I'm caught in the middle of it. What should I do?"

"It does." she said. "But that's what I did. I hang out with each of them equally, I didn't take a side, I went to my parents, yet I'm being torn apart."

"Its not your fault." Shani said. "If only I had professional help." she whispered quietly. Then, she brightened up. "Rafiki. I'll go and see Rafiki."

"The old baboon shaman who lives in the old baobab tree." she said "He is said to be so old, his wisdom is greater than most and he directly speaks with the Great Kings of the Past."
