Lyric turned his head and looked up at Josh, the expression on his face read: Did you really need to take that much precaution? It's not like I'm going to eat you.

Villina smiled and took a rainbow halter from behind her back, "Easy." she said, and slipped it over his head, and waited for his reaction, she would have him get used to it, then add the lead.

Chex stood still, he had worn a halter when he had been a colt, he didn't mind, and as she held out a hand to stroke his face, he met her half way.

Josh: He kicked Lyric's side. After he knew that he wouldn't hurt Jasmine Josh pulled Jasmine up on Lyric. He still remained on him.

Lyric nickered and pawed the ground, showing of for the girl.

Villina smiled, she took the ring on the halter in her fingers and took a few steps, he followed, "So, you do have a bit of training, I still haven't named you. I do love cereal, and I've named all my horses after the brands, how about... hmmmm... Chex Mix, Chexy for short." she said and grinned.

Chex nickered and nuzzled her shirt, she stroked his neck, and walked out of the stall to get the lead.

Josh: He dismounted Lyric and let Jasmine take over. While riding Lyric a bee stung him on the stomach. Josh smiled and waved to his daughter.

Villina lead Chex from the stall and out of the stable into the open, she scanned the grounds for a round pen.

OOC: He stung Lyric. Josh is heading back into the barn now to bring the other horses out.

Josh: He brought all the horses into the coral. Even Melody. Oreo and Obsidian ate side by side as usual, Raven and Nikki stayed together as usual.

Lyric jumped and started of at a trot, he stopped himself, and tried to ignore the pain.

Villina spotted Josh, and ran to him, Chex trotting next to her, "Do you have a round pen?" she asked.

Josh: Right around back. He smiled. He sat down on a bail of hay. He could hear horses in the pasture whinny and buck. He got up and ran outside to see a huge snake slithering through. He scared it away from the horses but it came to Lyric. It saw him moving and thought it way prey. It wrapped around his leg and was slithering up.

Jasmine: She screamed and scared Lyric. She tried to get free of the stirrups but couldn't she jumped off the saddle but her leg was hung up on the stirrup. She hung upside down screaming. Josh ran to her as fast as he could without trying to scare the horse any more.

Lyric reared, and fidgeted in place, trying to get the snake of his leg.

Villina went to the round pen before any of the action happened and started working Chex around it, flicking a whip at him, but not really hitting him in any way, he started at a walk, and went into a canter, and slowed to a trot, all the time, her controlling him with the whip and her voice.

Jasmine: When Lyric reared she fell. She hurt her self when she landed because she tried to flip her body. She lied on the ground crying. Josh got to her and put her in his Kenworth. He sat her in the passenger seat and put her seat belt on her. He got in and drove to the hospital in the small town. They told him she just had a sprained ankle and they wrapped it up to keep it stable. They gave her cruches and then they left. While Josh was driving home Alexis had gotten the snake off of Lyric.

Lyric felt baldy for throwing the poor child, he blamed himself for her getting hurt, and he stood in the field quietly.

Jack drove slowly down the drive taking in the sites, he was dissapointed when he got to the houses.

Chex moved around Villina in fluid long strides, he was enjoying himself, and didn't really mind the whip.

Oreo & Obsidian: They jumped the pasture fence and met Jasmine when she was about t get out of the truck. Obsidian grabbed her cruches and Oreo let her slide down his neck and onto his back. He walked to the cabin and inside the loby. Obsidian followed. Josh told them to take her to her room which was upstairs. They actually made it and backed down the stairs. Josh smiled and walked outside with the horses. He got Lyric and put him in the barn.

Lyric looked as Josh with sad eyes, he nickered softly as if to say, 'I'm sorry.'

Villina finish and lead Chex back to his stall, she grabbed some leather soup and sat in her stall surrounded by all the saddles and bridles she had brought from the tack room, cleaning them.

Jack stopped his truck and looked out over the barns, he smiled, and got quietly out of the truck.

Josh: He didn't pet him or look at him. He shook his head and walked away. Throwing the lead on the ground. Alexis was out in the pasture.

Lyric stood, and watched him walked away. That's it... he thought, I'm done for now.

Jack walked and poked his head inside the stable barn 1, "Hello?" he called out.

Villina looked up from her work, "Hi!" she said.
