Rain looked at her mom then Ceder"Shes upset alot now adays"

Cedar nodded, "I just hope nothing happens bad to them..." he said and nuzzled rain then sat down next to her.

'Worst case seniro dad leaves mom" She said licking his cheek

"I wouldn't want that to happen..." said Cedar.

Rain nodded "I agree but mom cries all the time. She is upset all the time. Dad just looks past it"

Cedar narrowed his eyes. He then stood up and started walking the area where Koak went.

Rain ran back to her mom and nuzzled her gently

"Dater!" Koak yelled.

The bushes rustled and Cedar's dad, dater, came out. Smirking. "Well, who do we have hear, a half eared wold." he teased

"Shut up dater, what do you want?" Koak asked.

"My son back, without his stupid little wolf girl-friend." he demanded.

"Not on your life." Koak growled.

"Well, if that is the case. I will be back." he them smirked evilly. "Very soon."

5 months later

The forest had been quiet on a early spring morning. Cedar was already awake and got water. On his way back, he had the feeling that he was being watched. about half a mile from Rain. Dater, Cedar's dad, came out. Hissing, but also Smirking.

"death," said dater.

Cedar put his ears back. "never." he said and jumped over him and quickly headed back to Rain. just a few days ago, they decided to have a family. but it wasn't noticeable yet. He got to rain and shook her awake. "Rain, we gotta get out of here!" he yelled and looked back for Dater.

Rain woke up with a start and looked around "wait why"?

"Don't question, just run!" he said and looked back, seeing dater coming after him. "I'll protect you, just run."

Rain nodded and got up and started running

Cedar hesitated for a second as Dater was only about 7 feet from him. He rolled out of the way at the last second, making Dater hie a tree. this gave Cedar tie to run after Rain and catch up to her.

Rain ran up a tree and grabbed Ceder bringing him up it

Cedar looked at rain and smiled. but jumped down. "Stay up there." he asked. He looked seeing Dater, but just at him. Dater then tackled him trying to rip at Cedar viciously. But Cedar kicked him in the stomach and threw him off. Hissing. He looked up at rain, making sure she was still up there, and not planning to get down. but Dater caught him by surprise and clamped down on his leg. only for cedar to throw him off again growling, and limping slightly.
DAter painted, "Those, wolves, taught you how to fight." he said. He smirked.
Cedar said nothing, only hissing slightly.
Dater jumped at him once more, grabbing into Cedars neck and flinging him into a tree. "But I'm still stronger."
Cedar slowly stood up, now getting weaker after every hit, but Dater was still at full energy. He hissed, "Least i get to start a family." he smirked then.
Dater hissed more and grabbed Cedars neck again, "Not anymore." he said and threw him head first into a tree, knocking him out. but blood also going everywhere around him.
Dater smirked and looked at Rain and hissed. "Your next little princess."

Rain growled and jumped down from the tree advancing on him her eyes the red color that her mther's turned when she was upset. "you huty my mate now i kill you"
