"You'll feel welcomed in no time Carlyn," the alpha said, before turning and walking off into his den with a broad smile on his face.

Carlyn licked Cress' nose.
"That went better than I thought it would.." she giggled.

Cress smiled down at her. "My dad's easy when it comes to things i want."

Carlyn smiled.
"That's a good thing.." she looked down at the ground. "What...if..someone from my pack comes looking for me..?" She looked back up at him, a worried look on her face.

Cress huffed. "If they wanna get to you, they'll have to get through me." he stated with confidence.

She nodded and smiled.
"..I love you, Cress..." she blushed and buried her face in his fur.

Cress smiled and wagged his tail slightly.
"I love you too Carlyn," he replied.

She stood and licked his nose.
"So..now what?" She tilted her head to the left slightly.

Cress smiled.
"Well..it's late.." he pointed out. "Most everyone is going in for the night."

"Where..will I sleep?" he questioned him curiously.

"Well..you can sleep in my den with me or.." he said. "I can get one for your own?"

She smiled.
"I can sleep with you." She yawned and stretched forward.

Cress smiled.
"Come on, i'll show ya the den." he said, turning off.

Carlyn stood and followed close to Cress.

They passed many wolves that were going to their dens for the night, at one point a mother passed by with three puppies walking in a line. They got to a calm and quiet den at the edge of the camp.
