Cole locked eyes with one of the men, glaring pure hatred. The man, bald and everything, smirked, equaling his gaze. He pulled out a gun and fired a warning shot.
"Get. In. The van." He growled, reaching out for Katherine's hand. Cole slapped it away quietly with his dagger, cutting the man.
"You. are going to pay for that; freak." The man snarled, firing a shot into Cole's stomach.

As soon as the men were close to them Audrey was already preparing herself to fight. "Cole!" Audrey exclaimed as the man fired at Cole. With a quick lunge forward, Audrey dug her fist into the man's face with heavy force, knocking him back on the ground.

Cole's breath was stuck in his throat. He could breathe in or out, there was only pain. He stumbled backwords, hitting the wall of the icecream shop. He coughed, and blood began to drip out of his mouth. He shuttered, and gripped his stomach tightly, groaning from the pain.

"Cole!" Scotty shouted, kicking one of the men in the stomach to knock him away. He gripped his bat tightly and raced over to his friend "No worries buddy, we'll get you outta here!" he assured.

"Don't be so sure of that, kid!" one of the men sneered. Scotty spun around, ready to hit him with the bat, but the man was to quick. He sank a small knife into Scotty's shoulder.

Scotty yelped in agony and ripped the knife from his shoulder "That's my throwing arm!" Scotty snarled swinging the bat and hitting the man, followed by a sickening snap, when the bat conected with the man's face! "Ouch!!" Scotty snarled after a delayed reaction , he started cursing out loud and grabbed his shoulder "That wasn't very thought out!"

Cole gasped, and blood sputtered out of his mouth once more. He groaned, rolling over on his side, hands still firmly gripping his bleeding stomach. The blood had soaked into his shirt, making a huge bled spot over his stomach and chest.

As one of the men reached for her again, Katherine clawed his hand, her aggressive outer layer coming to light. "Don't. Touch. Me," she growled, baring her teeth as she hissed. He backed away, startled for a moment as blood dripped from his hand onto the ground, but anger soon replaced that. He lunged for her, and Kat dodged, kicking his shin as he lunged past her.

"Back OFF!" Audrey growled, throwing a hard kick to the side of the head of one of the men, making him stagger back. But when one went away another appeared and it was clear the group was outnumbered.

Cole started having trouble breathing, and he had begun getting numb. His stomach bled on and on, but the pain was begining to subside, until he was kicked and picked up roughly by one of the men. The man held a gun to Cole's head and fired a warning shot in the air.
"ALRIGHT LISTEN! Everyone is going to come with us, calmly and quietly, or i'll kill 'em." He snarled and Cole struggled limply.

Katherine froze, and found her arms pinned behind her back before she could blink. Her ears pressed back against her head nervously, and her eyes were wide. Her breaths came fast and sharp, and it was clear she was close to panic.

Struggling to calm herself, Kat put on her tough appearance again. "You kill him and I'll kill you," she snarled.

"C'mon I'll break your faces! Let's go punk!!" Scotty growled holding his bat and ignoring the pain in his arm. The bat was jerked away from him and he was handcuffed. "I'll still beat you!!"

Cole gasped and elbowed the man holding him in a weak attempt to get free. The man laughed and pushed Cole into Audrey. He stumbled and lost his balance, landing on the ground again.

Audrey reared forward and jumped at the man that stood in front of her. It was to no avail as another man hit her off to the side. Seeing the men had Scotty in cuffs, Audrey knew everything was going downhill.

Scotty yelped and fell to his knees when one of the men hit him in the stomach with his bat.

Dismay was clear on Katherine's face even as she struggled to get free. This...was hopeless. She managed to twist free of her captor, only to be whacked in the head with Scotty's bat. Pain exploded in her head, and she let a small gasp. Stunned and barely able to stay conscious at this point, she was grabbed again.

Audrey lashed to the side, grabbing at one of the men with an aggressive growl. She was overpowered by a few of the men and soon found herself immobile as they had tied her hands behind her back and were holding her as she tried to escape.
