Well your all grown up now. He joked, chuckling with a smile. He had a great sense of humor when he wanted to and he was in love with her. Forgetting about Kona and Kiara.

He looked around, he smiled and looked at her beautiful eyes again. He couldn't believe how much he liked her and how much he wanted to actually change to be with her. He knew he would never be able to break up with Kiara so he saved all the lovey dovey stuff for her.

He licked her neck and stopped suddenly. The black dove was back again, he stood up and growled at it. It pinned its wings back and dove down, striking him on the nose, leaving a cut. Kovu swatted the bird and it hit the ground.

He smiled and purred back, uncommon for male lions but he didn't care. He smiled and enjoyed Nicki's company as she sat beside him. He looked over at the dove as it roase quickly and shot off.

He smiled and rested his head on her shoulder. He loved being with Nicki more than Kiara and Kona. Something was gonna change for better or for worse. Either way, something was changing drastically.

He smiled and looked up at the canopy again. The breeze gently wrapping his mane over his eyes slightly. He flicked his head, looked down at Nicki. Thinking to himself: Man, she's twice as cute as Kiara.

He smiled, shutting his eyes gently he had no idea that they were being stalked. Zazu. Kovu didn't hear him coming or see him leave, having absoutly no idea when he came and how much he saw.
