"Exactly." Endom said, chuckling.

Rusty began to venture off on his own. He trotted along taking in all of the new sights and smell. This is nice he thought to himself. When he turned his head to see where Endom was he was nowhere to be seen. Rusty paniced rushing around the area frantically looking for Endom. Rusty couldn't even see the old shack they spent last night in, he let out a howl that could be heard from at least twenty miles away hoping that Endom would hear him.

--------

Ooc: Endom hears him

(Kinda could have figured that one out on my own. XD)

Endom twitched his ears and looked around, not seeing Rusty. "But he was... He was beside me a second ago!" He said, starting to panic slightly. No, don't panic. It doesn't do any kind of good panicing. Just calmly take a look around and howl to let him know I heard him and that I'm searching. Endom let out a howl that was slightly lower than Rusty's, but Rusty could hear it anyway.

Rusty's ears perked up at the sound of Endom's howl. He sprinted toward the area he heard the howl. He let out another howl while frantically looking for Endom. Where is he, I can hear him but I can't see him Rusty kept on looking until he heard some rustling in the bushes.

Endom took off towards the second howl, giving a reverse reply again to guide them to each other.

Rusty was curious to what made those sounds in the bushes, he peaked behind it to see that it was a snake. He backed away petrified of the snake. He heard the howl of Endom which now was right on top of him, "Over here!" he waved an arm in the air trying to signal over Endom.

Endom saw him down in a slight hill bend and jumped down. "Where did you go Rust?!" He asked, not noticing the snake for a moment.

"I went over here," Rusty said looking down at the snake, "You might want to look down before you walk over here. There is a snake ready to bite at your paws."

Endom glanced at it before kicking it, and some dirt, farther downhill. "What snake?" He asked, smiling.

Rusty looked down to where the snake once was, "Well, shall we go back to the pack?" Rusty looked around a little bit not recognizing the area, "Endom, do ya know where we are?" Rusty questioned nervously.

Rusty tried to retrace his steps. But he was just going in circle, "Pick a direction and walk?" he looked at Endom and pointed in every direction.

Endom picked a stick up, one end having three tops. He threw it up, and it landed with the three points pointing uphill and to the right. "That way."

Rusty glanced up the hill, "Sound good to me. After you." He motioned for Endom to cut in front of him and lead the way.

Endom nodded and started going, hoping luck was on their side.
