Hayumi smiled sheepisly at Taylor and then heard a lod thud."H ejust needs rest, his heart is accelerating and the blood loss isn't helping with anything." She looked at Taylor who was already carring him "Here, your hurt enough." SHe slid under Trez to where he was on her back "We gotta sprint, Gigan is pretty fast." She said "I know this is weird that you don't know me and I'm taking charge like this, but we gotta move." She looked at Trez and frowned slightly, he was clinging to life by a few breaths it looked like.

"Why?" she asked, tilting her head, "Well, maybe, but my human LOVES dogs." she padded down the street. "Okay, when we reach the fence, um, Trez? Can you still jump? If not... um, me, and the others will dig..."

Hayumi heard the talking of humans "I've had a number of humans, all left me in rhe dirt for dead just like my parents.But thats how you leanr to be tough." She said, her head tilted up as they reached the gate "I may beable to jump with him.She made her way to the top of the boxes of crates, making her way threw the wobbley playground and onto the edge of the fence."Trez, stay still..." SHe whispered, her paw moving directly infront of the other.She looked at Taylor and smiled, then looked away.She made her way to the edge of the wooden fence and jumped on another pile of crates, these more sturdy than the last."There." She sighed heavily "And for all we know Gigan an dhis pack are heading for us right now." She mumbled to herself.

Taylor smiled back, and turned to the fence. He leaped over it, and started to dig from the other side. As soon as he dug a hole big enough, he went through it, and grinned triumphantly.

"Um, ok..." Sam said. "after everyone's on the other side, we can go to the tool shed, and stay in there. There are tons of things to hide under in there. it's where I was born." she added.

Sam tried to leap over the fence, "Um, runs in the family..." she said as she jumped over the fence, not really needing the crates, "well, at least my mother's side of the family..." she whined for them to get over, "Rememeber, there's still a possibly rabid dog on our path, HURRY UP!" she snapped. She had alot to do before they could get into the shed, her master's friend had apatched it up, so her father couldn't get out of it when they locked him in there while they played so he wouldn't bother them. "The shed's going to be locked," she explained, "but I'm going to move a few boards and we can crawl though just under the lattice fencing. Maybe ya'll can hude under the Christmas decorations..." she knew they couldn't hide in the safest spot, a hole in the dirt under some of the shelfs, which was where she was born. "How many dogs are going to hide in there again?" she asked, knowing she might have to hide a few of them under the broken down car too, "if we can't fit everyone in there, I will put some of the unhurt people under 'Big cheese', that's the very old broken car next to the shed. It has a hole under it too. It's just a little um, well, dusty."

Trez woke back up slightly by being shifted to the new dog's back. "Ill take the car everyone else in the shed." He strained to make his voice heard above everyone elses. "If they find me i can tell them to go another way. And if they kill someone it better be me, im almost done anyway." He coughed and blood splattered onto her back fur "Sorry." He mumbled as he focused on breathing.

"You sure?" Sam questioned him, "What ever. Just let him crawl the rest of the way under the car,"she said, as they walked right next to the car. "If he can." she looked at him worriedly. "I just hope no one finds you..." she said.

Trez gave Sam a weak smile "Don't worry. I'll be fine."

Hayumi almost snarled as the female leaped over the fence "Yeah, I could do tha but I kinda got him on my back so I didn't want to take any chances." She giggled as her eyes drifted off to Taylor again "Your a good digger to Taylor." She nearly blushed but retained the roses from blooming.As they finnaly reached the shed Trez offered to nearly take a death sentence.If Gigan did come back and find them he would most likely smell the blood and go there.And Trez couldn't fight in his condition, defintaly not alone against Gigan."Trez, maybe it would be best I should go.I mean, I mean nothing to you guys probaly, I just met you.But I've lost a pack once, my own and I can't let that happen to you too.And I'm the only one not injured." She made a big lie about the last part, before she met up with Gigan a man shot her in her side.She was still felling that defintaly.

Taylor said shyly, "Thanks." Then turned to all of them heading to the shed. "Trez, you can't go. You have to heal. You can't die!" He turned back to Huyami. "Are you sure you wanna go?"

Hayumi let out a small laugh "I'm not scared of him." She smiled at him "But thanks for caring." She nuzzled his neck slightly, hoping it wouldn't be the last."Good luck guys, I'll catch up afterwards promise." She looked at Taylor as she spoke the word 'Promise.' She ran under the car quickly and wrapped herself up in her tail.Her ears stayed down so he wouldn't see her, but she could still heard perfectly.She kept her body as low as possibale.

Trez looked at Leyla and somthing seemed to flash in his eyes as he nodded and walked over to the shed. He found a lawn mower with the bag taken off, he layed halfway in it to help musk the scent of his blood and he hid underneath some wooden boards. His eye lids felt heavy, he wanted to rest, to go to sleep. But he had to fight it he new that if he did he probablly would never wake up.
