'It's not MAX, it's MATT, will you listen for once!' Mat yelled, getting so angry at Sally's tendency to get his name wrong. He mumbled to himself quietly, wishing that he could just blow them all up now. He recoiled as yet another of the creatures aparently dropped from the ceiling. How many are there of these things, enough to be an infestation? he wondered.
Zara snorted. 'Oh lucky me, I just happen to have some tomato juice in the cupboards. In fact, I have a whole room full. Do you really think that if I have no money, that I have tomato juce' she snapped, turning off the tap. Her face and clothes were dripping from her splashing.

"Sorry." said Sally, really sorry. "Do you want to know something kid? Every human on earth holds the genes to reproduce a creature, its a completely natural, we're not magically created." she said. "Not some experment gone wrong, we're just as natural as you are." she said. "I'm sorry for getting your name wrong, it was chaotic." she said and looked to Zera, she threw her a can of tomato juice from her bag. "Do you think a skunk wouldn't have some with them?" she asked. She looked back to Matt. "Now do you want me to give you some tomato juice to wash the stink off?"

"Don't worry, we're not going to hurt you." said Sora. "Except maybe the kid."

So, I take it he doesnt trust you guys? Dess replied joining in. She hated being left out. Even if it was with total strangers. She nodded to the boy and looked back at them.

Bic:// " I'm telling you, Mac, something's in there." The butcher muttered, staring darkly at the air vent opening. " I don't just leave my property like this."

" And the screws are missing. This wasn't an accident." Mac answered him. " A thief no doubt. Probably stealing your meat as we talk. No matter, we'll catch him."

" What if it's one of those creature things?" The butcher scowled at the thought. Mac meerly sneered.

" Why do you think I brought a gun? We just shoot the scum and sell it to the authorities. They pay mighty fine for one of those critters." The man cocked his gun. " All we need is one dart, and the effect is almost immediate."

Arche crawled down and climbed into the gun, he took the tranqulizer dart. He crawled out of the gun and crawled up the guy's pantleg and bit him on the shin. Tarantula venom couldn't kill humans but it'd still hurt a lot. He drove the dart into his leg at the same time he bit. He scuried out the back of his pantleg and back into the vent, avoiding being seen. "They did know but don't worry I bit the guy on the shin." he said. "I injected him with his own tranqulizer dart, so he'll probably think he was bitten by a snake because my fangs are so big."

"Yeah, Zephyr got to him." said Sora.

Dess tapped her foot as she stared at them, still nursing the thoughts that she had been here. "Soooo," she finally said,"does this houseseem familiar to any of you?" She glanced at them, searching their faces for an answer.

Maximum_Ride, could you try to make your posts a little longer? Try describing what they're doing as they talk. Looking around, searching, thinking, rubbing their arm, etc. Thanks.

" They might still be out in the alley. And if someone passes by and sees us sneaking out while two men are passed out and/or injured, they'll assume the worst. The last thing we need is to attract attention." She sighed, her tail curling around her slighlty.

Matt stared at Sally in mild disbelief. They had him prisoner and here she was talking about genes and experiments, she really did have a very unconnected mind. He sighed and buried his head in his heads, he was a prisoner in the bathroom for heavens sake. He ignored the creatures, resigning himself to wallow in his own self pity.
Zara caught the tomato joice can and cut it open easily with one of her talons, and without hesitating she poured the whole tin into her mouth. The tomato tasted disgusting, and she nearly gagged on the taste, but she shook her head about a bit to slosh the tomato and then spat it out onto the ground. The bitter taste of the skunk spray had now been replaced with the slightly nicer, but still disgusting taste of tomato. (Personal preference here

). She held out her hand towards Sally and simply snapped 'another one'.

Sally sighed. "Kid, you want to know something? Some of us were actuelly raised by humans." she said before throwing another can to Zera.

"Yeah, we all did." said Sora. "Yep, that's true."

Arche nodded his little head. "Yes." he said. "But when we go, do you think your friends will accept me?"

Monolith rose up at a military base, begining to wreak havok. He'd identified Zephyr as a disrupter to the ballence and wanted to kill him for that reason.
