"Would you rather it turn out your mad at your mom for something that's not her fault?" asked Titan. "Or figure out exactly what happened and see if your feelings are justified or if you should just make up?"

"She's fine by me." said Jarret.

"Thank you very much." said Sara. "I'll be glad to get out of the sewer."

"I don't want to hear her side of the story," Suki growled. "She could have stopped him."

"You ran away from me!" Fiata shouted back at her daughter. What did you want me to do?"

Jess smiled. "I would say lets go, but it seems like not everyone is ready yet." She looked at Suki and Fiata.

Luke, even though he couldn't hear the arguement started crying. He didn't like the fighting.

"Are you two proud of yourselves?" asked Titan sternly. "You made the pup cry, both of you."

"Might as well sit down and let them cool off." said Jarret.

Good," Suki snapped. "Let the kid see what life is all about. Disappointments." She spat the last part at her mother.

"Well, I;m sorry to see the young cry," Fiata said to Titan.

"Luke, stay here a minute." said Titan and dragged Suki aside. "Cool off." he said. "I'm not letting anyone move one step until you cool off." he said. "You're acting less mature than Luke is." he said. "Just because you haven't seen your mom since you were a baby doesn't mean you need to act like one." he said. "I respect you and your mother may have issues but Luke trusts you, you need to take him into account cause like it or not, he's your responsability because no matter what you do, I can tell he's not leaving you." he said. "So you might as well set a good example for him and act your age." he said. "Cause if you don't, Mako won over you, the Suki he made needs to take a back seat to the real you it seems only you can't see, I see it, Luke sees it, I think your mom sees it too." he said.

Mako was on the survice, talking to a rat that climbed out of the sewer.

"You're the only one that thinks that." said Titan. "You think I don't know how you feel right now? News flash, I was in the exact same postion, brainwashed by Mako into thinking I was a useless piece of garbage, only good for fighting and my old self had died but I found my old self." he said. "Before you say its diffrent, tell me how when we went through the exact same thing."

"I don't know," Suki mumbled. "Maybe you're stronger than I am. Less... savage and blood thirsty. I'm weak. I don't know any other way of life. It's too late for me to change now."

"Stronger? I doubt that." said Titan. "I felt the exact same way you do now." he said. "That simple." he said. "Trust me, look deep inside and you'll find that dog you think is dead." he said. "And...you're not savage and bloodthirsty...you're actually...kinda pretty."

"Not to mentio deadly," Suki said. "Besides, I can't control my anger. The only way to get out my frustration is my hurting or killing."

"That's your problem and I have a solution, find a new thing to channel your anger into. I'll show you what I do." said Titan. He set down. "Sit down, trust me, I had the same problem, who can blaim anyone for having after a few years of dealing with Mako."

Titan nodded. "Now first thing you need to remember is all dogs are descended from wolves." he said. "So we all can howl, howling is a good way to expend that excess energy from anger if you just imagine the howling as singing." he said. "Music." he said. "Watch me first." he said. He took a deep breath and let out a long beutiful howl that did indeed sound like music.

Suki looked to the ground. "I gave up howling a long time ago," she said to the floor. "That was part of my old life, my puppyhood, when life on the streets was as good as it was going to get." She sighed. "I haven't howled in years. I don't know if I still can."
