Rayni turned back to get Ebony, but stopped herself. 'If he doesn't wanna come, then that's his problem! But he's missin' out!' She burst through the swing doors of the fast food restraunt, and all the humans shreiked. She didn't snarl, or try to scare anyone. Instead she lept over the counter and back into the kitchen. Just inches away from the tacos, she stopped and breathed in. "Mmmmm....." Something slammed over her, and she realised it was a net. A man with a cigarette peered down at her.
"This the one?" He asked the manager of the restraunt.
"Yup. She's been coming here for weeks. Scarin' the costomers away!" He frowned.
"We'll take good care of her." The man with the cigarette grinned and scooped her, in the net, over his shoulder, taking her out too his truck and dumping her in the back.
"Where am I?" She asked a tabb cat in the cage next to her.
"Animal control. They see you on the streets, they take you to some torcher chamber... That's where we're heading." She answered with a hiss. Rayni shivered.

Ebony started to get worried when Rayni didnt come back. He stood up and howled for her...No reply. He raced down to town wporriedly "Rayni!" he called frightening a small cat. He raced up to a large alsation "Have you seen a wo-uh, large dog, Bout this tall, grey?" he asked.
The dog smirked "Yep, Lets just say shes not gonna enjoy th short remainder of her life" he snickered.
Ebony growled in frustration and raced further into town. He stopped at a crossroads looking confused "Where are you Rayni?" he asked himself. He didnt notice he was scaring several people.

Rayni whimpered in fright. "Tacos was a bad idea..."
"Wait, you're the Taco Bell dog? The one who's been stealing from them for weeks?" A lab asked from behind her.
"Umm... I guess so, but I'm a wolf, not a dog..."
"Dude, you're like my hero! The first day you went there, and all the costomers freaked out and left, they left their food! It was like a feast, man! You're awesome!"
"Uhhhh thanks, but please, guys, but--"
"She's flattered, but can we focus on the part that we're all about DIE?!?!?!" The cat shreiked as they were all dumped into one big cage inside of Animal Control.

Ebony howled again, He could tell he was nearby Where are You Rayni? he thought. The young wolf sniffed again until he came to a large buoilding that reeked of death.A large gust of wind whistled through the entire building blowing his scent in "Come on Ebony Think" he muttered.
"Hey,looks liek one escaped" grunted a man looking aver at Ebony.
EBonyb was too lost in his thoughts to care until a net slammed down on him "Oh Sh*t" he muttered.

Rayni started to panic. A breeze passed through the open door. Ebony! She thought when the familiar smell hit her nose. She jumped against the wire mesh. "Ebony! Is that you? It's Rayni! Help!"

Ebony heard rayni and sank his teeth into the wooden part of the net.
"You really dont want to do that doggy" starte theman.
EBony snapped and raced in through the open door "Rayni" he barked coming nose to nose with her. He looked up and started trying to undo the latch.

Rayni was light on her feet and dashed out instantly. "Come on, guys!" She beckoned to the animals waiting back in the cage. "The more of us that go, the better chance we all have of escaping!" Dogs, and cats of every color, shape, and size rushed past them, barking and hissing. Rayni noticed two creatures at the back of the cage, still sitting there. One was a young orange kitten with very pale blue eyes, and she could tell it was blind. It shivered in the corner next to a mutt of some type with shaggy orange and white splotched fur. one of it's front legs was missing, and she expected he had been hit by a car and gotten it amputated. "Here... I'll help you." Her voice was soft and caring, like a mothers. She let the mutt lean up against her and picked the trembling kitten up in her mouth. After they were safely out of the building and in a remote area, where the humans hopefully wouldn't find them, she carefully put the kittend down, and helped steady the mutt. She hoped Ebony wouldn't ask why she acted so motherly around the kit and mutt. (hinthint)

EBonmy watched allthe chaos in a detached kind of way. He hadntg payed much attention to the mutt or the kitten and was surprised by Raynis attitude around them "Uh Rayni" he started "Can I ask you something?"
