"Well there is a way to mix the two." said Luke. "At the edge of the territory there's a clearing in the forest, on one end of the forest there is a steep canyon and theres a river on the other side. If we lure her there with a howling wolf then get the wolf out and light it on fire, the fire wouldn't sperd across the river and Saber would have to run out of the canyon on the side or get burned to death, then we could close the canyon with a rockslide to stop her from getting back in."

Jackson looked down at his sore rib cage, as if examining the damage, then at Sadie.
Sadie nodded, understanding his wish. "What about me? I can do it."

Luke looked scared. "M-momma." he said. "But what if you...what if something goes wrong? I need you." he said, tears starting down his face. "I don't want to risk losing you, I love you so much." he said and burst into tears, buring his face in Sadie's chest and crying.

Nickel raised her voice. "I cna do it," she said. "Besides, Saber said she took me and not Jackson because she favours my howls." she loekd at jackson. "I'll be fine," she said gently, nuzzling him.
Spirit nodded. "It's a good plan but, Nickel, maybe you shouldn't...."
Nickel whirled on him. "Spirit, I heard her palns and thought I would watch you all die! you don't know what it was like. Sadie, Luke needs you very much! I'll be fine! If it goes acording to plan-"
"What if it doesn't?" Spirit asked. He looked at Jackson then at Nickel. "If you're determined-"
Nickel looked at him fiercly. "i am."
Spirit sighed. "Then let me howl too."

"You both aren't resking your lives," Jackson butt in. He gave up on convincing Nickel not to, but he gave her sad eyes, telling her not to do it. But he would not let Spirit risk his life too.

"Stop argueing, please!" yelled Luke, a few tears running down his face, everyone knew he hated fighting. "Isn't there an easier way to solve this?" he asked, crying. "Nickel is right, she is the one that should do it because Saber chose her because she liked her's the best." he said. "So please no more fighting." he said and buried his face in Sadie's chest, crying.

Spirit sighed. "You're right Jackson." He looked at nickel. "You sure?" She nodded and Spirit turned ot hte others. "Then i'll hlep drive the cat out."
Nickel nuzzled jackson. "I'll be fine," she whispered.

Luke sniffled away his tears. He looked at his mother and smiled. "Thank you momma." he said. He wagged his tail little tail. "I love you momma." he said and nuzzled her. "I hope the plan works, do you think the mean kitty is afraid of fire?"
