That was the first thing that came to mind for me, seeing as I was half-asleep at the time. I've just never really understood all the hate on WQ because it was an experiment.

There are some good metal musicians out there, but I've never been dim enough to condemn a style of music based on lyrics. A song, sure, but not a whole style. There's too much variety. I'm talking about the effect of the sound itself. You've probably heard that Mozart makes kids smarter, and from what I understand that has been backed up by clinical testing. It's also been proven to be good for plants - in fact, plants grown next to speakers playing it actually grew in the direction of the speakers, as if they were going, "Give me more! Give me more! So you have a correlation between sounds that are good for plants and for brains. On the other hand, when they tried the plant experiment with heavy metal, the plants suffered from stunted root growth, leaned away from the speakers, and pretty much withered and died. Now admittedly I've never seen any information on tests about heavy metal music effecting mental development, but I figure if one is good for brains and plants, and the other is bad for plants, what does that suggest about the latter's effect on brains? Again, just to reiterate, I recognize that there are some good metal musicians out there, and I applaud their efforts. I'm just saying that the music itself leaves something to be desired.

Boy you are on a roll today. lol Now we're going to posit the effects of certain kinds of music, and whether or not they hypothetically stunt the growth of kiddies because of an experiment with plants?

That aside, we are getting a little off-topic here. What's this "we" stuff, Chief? I just pointed it out. I'm not taking it in that direction. But I know that if I don't decide to step away now...well, we all know how this dance rolls by now. ROFL

Now back on the subject, I agree that Wolf Quest was a failed experiment, especially the whole mystical hoodoo shaman thing.

For me I'd have to say WolfQuest. Wings of Change really bored me. But when it comes to all three movies. Original Balto all the way.
