Aahh, that would explain the horrified, shocked expressions on their faces.

I don't think it's a big problem, just ignore them or make a quick response and then leave them be. Now if there is a member who is posting over and over again asking for people to read his/her fanfic, then that is a problem, but those people who post once and then disapear aren't to big of a problem in my opinion.

Cause people are afraid that they're going to get banned. I heard a couple people got banned all over saying: "shut up" to someone... I could see why they're scared.

I don't mean "where to stick it" literally. I was speaking more figuratively. But it is becoming enough of a problem that it needs to be dealt with.

Well, if it has become too much of a problem, then I think just letting them know that such things aren't okay should take care of the problem. Threatening to ban them would be taking it too far.

It's not really that big of a deal to me,it was just my first fanfic,and I was excited about it.

I think you still are assuming people are referring to you. I suppose it's possible they might be. But I don't believe they are. And while I said earlier that I was reluctant to say whom it is people are likely referring to (because this person doing this is a REAL irritation for me, because when he/she gets onto the shoutbox, that's ALL he/she says...over and over and over, until tiring of not being given any attention, and then leaving), I might as well, in order to make it clear. The person I believe this topic refers to is balto_lover101. That person has done that a lot in the shoutbox. In fact, from what I've seen, that is almost the sum total of what his/her activities have been in the shoutbox...simply asking, over and over, "hi, please read my fan fics."

Well,guilty people never do like to step forward,and admit when they're wrong,that is to say people unlike myself,I WILL come forward and admit it,and the reason I no longer bother anyone about my fanfic is,I'm unsure of how to send it in.

Actually, sending fan fics on the main site is easy. If you need assistance, just PM me...

But did you only TRY? Most of the time, when someone complain that he don't understand how to do something, this person hasn't even tried before asking...

Hafta agree with you there. I remember bieng on the site when he/she came on. Sometimes you have to be patient and let them come to you, not order them to read something you wrote

And to Sarafina Fanatic: If you already sent your fic in, then just wait a while for the mods to read it and put it on the site My fic took a while to be sent in, so just wait, it'll be their soon.

I haven't really sent it in yet,I said I tried to send fanfic in but was unable to the first time,I've just posted it in the fanfic section.
