Definetely not the third in my opinion. Computer animated elements do not work well with animated characters. WQ's animation was alright but they could have spent more time on Jenna. She didn't look anything like she did in the original.
So, I think that the original had the best animation for certain. The backgrounds were also amazing.

The first one of course.I don't really count 3D stuff or shading..But the WOlf Quest and Wings of Change wasn't in my "faves list" because the frames aren't somehow maden that every frame having other poses...The First one(original) respected that part XD So No wonder...

I think that WQ had a bit of computer animation in it, didn't it? I noticed imparticular on the totem pole when the wings of the raven rotated before the raven came out of it..

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that it's computer animated.. was WQ actually hand drawn?

Balto 1 my fav movie the animation is awesome and the characters look alot different in the second movie little better in the third BUT NOT BY MUCH.Jennas face is alful in the third and second abd Balto looks 5 years older in the second then he did in the first.In the third one Balto and his team is realy slow if you ask me i think he needs to retire soon but its probely thanks to Ralph hes to fat he shoud of got fired from the team.First movie 5 stars second 2 stars third one 3 stars I guess.

Oh, Balto 1 DEFINETLY had the best animation  But I liked WQ better than Balto actually...
