Our whole marching season almost got rained out, and that would mean no Super Regionals.

Dude, you have no idea what I'd give to be in a competitive marching band. Don't get me wrong, I love my marching band, but I just want to be part of a really great marching band.

A) Are You A Band Geek?: Well, actually around here we call them Band Nerds...but yea!
B) If so, what instrument do you play? the flute and the drums. I'd rather be a drummer...but our percussion is too "top-notch" *notes heavy sarcasim in voice*

Move down here, Where I live there is a bunch of great marching bands. Sorry if I sound like I'm gloating I'm not, it's just wired how 26 or so years ago it was so different here.

Any way with a good marching band come no life and lots of work on marching.

I guess the biggest news right now is last night our band room was broken into while we were at a football game, the guy was cought later on with only cash. I'll post more tomarrow though

Heck yes! I play Tenor Saxophone in Concert Band, we have NO Marching Band. And I also play Clarinet and Tenor Saxophone in Bye Bye Birdie's pit band.

I am also a featured guitarist in our seven piece band, Seven Deadly Sins. I am also the singer in our hard rock band Painted Black. I am ALSO a featured singer and woodwind player in our Christian band, Loud&Clear. Also a guitarist and a signer in an emo band, we don't have a name yet.

You could consider me a "band geek". Everybody else does. I play the alto saxophone in my school's concert, marching, and jazz bands. I've been playing the saxophone for 7 years. It seems like only yesterday when I got my first saxophone (sighs).
