These are the same ones that were on another station years ago, they came out in 1996 through 1997 I think. But I have not watched them yet, I Tivo'ed them all. But I think it's good that they did it, at leaste they showed an interest.

Blah.
I remember I used to watch the series on Sunday mornings. I liked the fact that is was based on at least one of the films (mainly all from the craptastic sequel which had no relation to the original film . . . which makes me cry), and Killer was back (I luff Killer . . . . he's awesome. Somehow, he had disappeared in the sequel . . . Poor Killer!)!
The animation seemed rough to me and lots of things were off (colors, markings, voices (duh. Mainly for Charlie.): but other than those . . . I don't remember much.
And yes, some of the animation in the opening sequence (which I liked the song) was from the ADGTH2 movie. (to whoever asked that question)
Stick with the movies and stay away from the TV series. (I think some episodes are available on DVD . . . probably around 10 bucks for 6 eps. . . . not too bad)
Thanks for the Wiki page for the series, SimbasGuard! (I didn't know all of the episode titles before!)

Glad I could help,And By the way I love Your new signature Image Being that the series had It's own continuity independant of the movie I think is what makes It work, Althought the fact that the colors do chang between episods is somewhat annoying.
About the sig: Thanks! I made it with PSP a while ago (a couple of days after I bought it), and I thought my sig space needed a change! Now for the avvie . . . ^__~
About the ADGTH series: I do like that fact too, SimbasGuard. The stories for each episode really didn't need you to have a large amount of knowledge of the films . . . . just knowing the basics of the films (*start 1st film* Charlie dies, goes to Heaven, *end 1st film/begin 2nd film* gets brought back to Earth decades later, saves the day, stays with Sasha (with Carface and Killer in tow . . . Wait a sec, how did Carface come back after the second movie? That's messed up.) while Itchy returns to Heaven *end 2nd film* . . . you get the basic idea, right?). All the TV series did was add new characters (like Belladonna (Annabelle's *evil* rival), for example) and a couple of old-school ones (Itchy returns? omg. And so does Killer? ), while entwining them with Charlie's new life with Sasha in San Francisco.
And you know why the colors change - consistency much?

I think for the Series that Carface And Killer are ment to be just Earth-Dogs, Charlie And Itchy are the only Dogs in The series that have died, went to Heaven, And come back(Not counting Lance) Oh Gosh . . . I remember Lance! XD *that's sad* But Carface did die . . . in both films! (the end of the first one and I think he was already dead in the beginning of the second) Besides, that's a almost 70 years in between the two movies (ADGTH - 1939; ADGTH2 - I think it was 1997?). You know he has to really dead by then! Same for Killer too . . . . darn time consistency.
As far as villians go I thought Belladonna was a very good adition. I fond Her to be far more interesting than Red(From the 2nt movie).
I remember Belladonna was in the Christmas Carol special, and yes, she was a better villain than Red (he was a weak cat . . . ur, dog . . . ur, devil thing), but she too felt weak. But the fact that she is Annabelle's "evil clone" (it seems that way, doesn't it?) makes it cool.
Ah, this brings back memories.

Whats sad about that It's sad that I don't really remember what he did . . . I just remembered the name "Lance" . . . . Quote: Being that The Series was a seperate continuity than the movies that gave Them the ability to ignore whatever They wanted to make The story work. Like the fact that The first movie was set in 1939. For the series I think that Carface And Killer were ment to belong in 1997(Oh and All Dogs Go To Heaven 2 came out in Theaters in 1996)
And don't forget the whole "New Orleans/San Francisco" thing . . . really, why was Charlie happy to be in San Francisco when he had never really been there when he was alive in 1939?
And thanks for reminding me of Belladonna being Annabelle's cousin. I knew they were related, but I was about to call them sisters . . . oops. I guess the battle of good and evil runs in their family, huh?
