I agree with Balto Wolfdog, I think she is a Basset Hound mix or Basset Hound.

I know. I was just replaying to wolfgurly's post about Mel being annoying. If you'd read my other posts then you'd realize that I have been talking about her breed. We were just talking about her in general.

I still think she's a Basset Hound/Bloodhound/Spaniel mix.

But Aluewolf15... look on her tail. It isn't a bassett's tail!

Dipsy looks more bassett hound, but her tail is a spanniel's tail!
She's a mixed breed.

An expert on dogs? What? How can you say that when you wrongly stereo-typed a Pit Bull as an aggresive dog elsewhere.. a breed expert wouldn't do that.
I suppose the debate on Dipsy's breed is the same as many of the debates such as whether Steele is a husky or a malamute. It's just a cartoon, we can't really tell.

I'm sure that I've had more experience with them than you. My aunt had one from a puppy, he lived with a six-year-old and never hurt her. He never bit anyone. There was a lot of rough and tumble, as there is with all puppies. He was a very sweet and gentle dog. It was only because my aunt wouldn't train him properly that they had to find him a new home. But that story isn't for here.
Also, I have a friend who's got an adult one. A rescue one. He's one of the friendliest dogs I've ever met. Just because a dog has fighting blood, doesn't mean that it's forever a fighter.
