Yes. You could get into a lot of trouble for using Kiona without Cat's permission. Like wolfhound said, it IS character theft no matter what. Kiona's not for everyone one to use. Only Cat and people that ask her permission to draw Kiona. And also like Wolfhound said, make up your own character with your OWN creativity, not someone elses.

You should say your sorry for using her character, also you should ask to use the character. If she says 'no.' You can use your own character making is fairly fun, I do it a lot then I end up trying to figure out where they go in a story but some of mine are no use I can't find any place in my stories. Say sorry and ask Cat she is usally cool about things so don't be scared. Just say sorry and ask. So theres no hard feelings alright?

Little Doggie I dont think you get what we are saying. It's character theft if you made up Kiona and people used her would you get mad? All you have to do is make up a differant character along with a differant name and note that its about Balto's pups. Easy as pie

Yeah. I did that. I made Taya (COMPLETLEY MINE) as my whitefaced pup. All you have to do is make your own version of that pup with your OWN CREATIVITY. So what if people get confused. Kiona isn't yours.

My character Kiona is popular, yes, but she's not an official character, she's an "original character" (her adult form, obviously, not the pup itself) and no one is allowed to use her with without her creator's (me, CatWhoHas14Tails') permission, just out of common curtisy and respect.

Yes, I am cool about stuff when people ask to use my character (i usually let them use her, should they give credit where it's due) And it is character left to use MY character without permission and is most certainly when you claim her as your own.

But I dont see you doing that here (since you're only using her for a choice in a poll) so I'll just give you a little heads-up to (if you plan on using the red-faced pup) make your own character, and to give proper credit to me should you use Kiona.

Besides, I also don't think it's fair to other people (who write more about their original characters than I write about mine) if their characters aren't a choice in the poll

So, conclusion? Please change your poll/message to show that Kiona is 100% mine XD And maybe add in some other OC (original character) choices
