When I went for the first time at high-school (which was last year) I expected more then the usual Pascal or Q_Basic, which in my opinion was useless. Valuable time wasted. But anyway from all the Computer Science I was expecting I didn't get anything not to mention that I forgot everything I've been thought. Yeah I know, the school system in Romania is not well (if not worse) then anywhere in the World. But that's another story...

Borland Pascal we were tought in 8th grade EWWW Last year yes.
It's a think with <stdio.h> then <conio.h> and comming many stuff..it's like coding how to count or else lol.
Yeah you can improove at this,like art,music etc..each time you discover a new code much better will be

As for the Pascal thing, to tell you the truth, I haven't learned it during the 5th until the 8th grade. What I learned was the same old and now annoying Q_Basic, or whatever it's written correct. And when I came into high-school last year the teacher said that: "What we'll learn this year is C++ and it's similar to Pascal" When I heard that my face fell off And now I think that I'm still going to have problems learning it....Ugh!

I've never learned Pascal, but I've learned C and C++, as well as Java etc...
But, I've NEVER learned web programming at school, even if this will be my fifth year in university. I've learned all this by myself. But in fact, PHP for example is not that much different from C++.

Oh that's cool. To be able to learn something new by yourself. Good for you Steet. Also I've seen this Java thing almost on every site I've visited. If you don't mind me asking what does it do and what is the main difference between PHP and C++?

PHP is easier, and made for web programming...C++ is for making applications.
I don't use Java on the site : I hate the Java plugins that are very long to load, make the browser buggy, and that not everyone has installed (no wonder why...) I don't use Flash either because, well, I'm not very good at making Flash things.
