Well, what a coincidence...Acanis has updated his site, and has more information on the deleted scenes. And as I thought, there was not only one deleted scene :

http://fluke.theicecave.org/backgrounds.shtml

and here

http://fluke.theicecave.org/cutscenes.shtml

I'll let you read these pages, and make comments about it. :)

Actually those have been on his site for a long time. Since the site began I think, the cut scenes that is. Anyways, they aren't pulling on a rope they are fighting over Jenna's bandanna. I kind of wished they had kept some of those in the movie though. It would have given the characters a little more depth, maybe.

Really, her bandanna? Wow, there must be some pretty interesting part of the story that was cut there...
Argh, stupid Universal which can't even make a REAL dvd with the usual extras... :x

Yeah that's really iritating. It said on the case of mine there was behind the scenes stuff, and guess what? No extras except the cheesy game and trailers for upcoming dtvs. The only way to get extras is to buy the brazillian dvd it's also in widescreen.

Yes, it's the same as the region 2 dvd (that I've got). But except from the documentary, there isn't any other interesting extra, even not a game. Well at least, they put the film in widescreen on that dvd, and it's the most important. But still...when you look at the Disney dvds...

 I want a widescreen version. I hate fullscreen. *pouts* Oh well at least they finally released it on DVD. That counts for something I guess.

So why can't you get the brazilian version? It's not the price which is preventing you to, is it?

Mmm...yes, I sometimes have the same problem, but I have cheques, so I usually pay using cheques. It's longer but safer than using a credit card.
But, don't you know someone who has one and who could help you, maybe?

I agree that it doesn't fit Star's personality at all...in fact, I don't think any character would do that...

Nick

I could picture Balto doing that more than Star. But it would be nice to see this on a Special Edition DVD of Balto . . .. . probably in 2025 . . . ..

The real reason Star ripped the coller off is because Star saw how Steele really was..they origanlly tore the coller off before he said balto was just trying to help..but they toke it off..i dont reamber the reason..but he saw balto was a true leader and thought balto deserved it more...x.x im sorry if i sound mean..i didnt mean to..x.x

I don't know what all this talk is about Star yanking the collar off not in keeping with his personality. XD; Yes, he may usually seem to be a coward, but he was brave and bold at various points during the movie. I find it very believeable that he would be the one to yank Steele's collar off. I wish that scene hadn't been deleted.
