Yeah, I've just been reading over some out-dated posts I've missed...things are definitely getting a bit hectic from my point of view, a person that hasn't been here for ages. Good idea!

One thing I want to say. Could there be an edit to the rules saying this?

15. No Useless Threads/Posts : Please do not post threads and/or posts that are useless. They are defined as "useless" if they do not contain material that can be replied to in an intelligent manner. Ie, "I fell down today," or "I got my braces off!" People don't have too much to say about that.

I think it's important anyway. It's a recurring problem in other places, but especially here. I've seen those threads in the other section, it's a nightmare.

Wow hate to say it but she's right. there is alot of useless topics in the Other Fourm.

Weed mine out it's the one with Braces and Accoplishments. But why has no one told me Alue Is a Guy????I did not know that Alue was a guy, Sorry Alue.

how about no making double names, for example, theres many names in the memberlist who never go on, or never posted.

Ha I knew someone would catch it. I'm not saying any thing but I dont think Alue read the frist post(Witch is getting to be a problem here) Witch says

"I got my braces off today!!! And it got me thinking what are some of your major accomplishments?"

I can't really delete these members, for the simple reason that there are some people (like cpat) who registered for reading the forum and for knowing which threads are new. Of course this is probably not the case for everyone else.

I think this is just a matter of point of vue, I said the same thing...But there are still some topics that seems objectively pointless.

Hey guys, the rules look great.... except one.
#5 the all caps one.
You can use all caps to get your point across, yes, it can mean yelling, but for some things, yelling is appropriate (I know I butchered the speliing on that)
Take for example....
Okay, when I made the post about making constructive posts, I typed a lot in caps, because.....
I was yelling.
I wanted to wake everyone up, and make them see what was happening within the brotherhood of this site.
I also use caps when giving a strong piece of encouragement.
such as....
"That was AWESOME!"
There's nothing wrong with that is there?
I mean, page after page of it would get old, (and as you said, hard to read, but would it be wrong to keep doing what I have been?)
It it is, I'll cut down on it, but I don't see what's wrong with it.
Also, if I post my FanFics in the foums....
there's gonna be sections of all caps.
I use it when... yep, when the characters are yelling at one another.
Take this for example:

#1. "I hate you!" Kodi screamed at Dusty, "I mean, how... how could you do this to me?!"
Dusty said nothing.
Kodi shook his head, and turned, walking toward the door, then he stopped and faced her.
"Get out now!"
"Kodi..." Dusty started.
Kodi cut her off.
"No, Dusty, it's past fixing now, just get out of my sight!"
Tears flowed down Dusty's face.
"But... but Kodi, I... I love you."
Kodi glared at her.
"Love isn't enough anymore."
Dusty hung her head, and walked out the door, into the blowing snow.
Kodi watched until he could no longer see her, then he slammed the door, fell on the floor, and cried.

#2. "I HATE YOU!" Kodi screamed at Dusty, "I MEAN, HOW... HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME?!"
Dusty said nothing.

"GET OUT NOW!"
"Kodi..." Dusty started.
Kodi cut her off.
"NO DUSTY, IT'S PAST FIXING NOW, JUST GET OUT OF MY SIGHT!"

"But... but Kodi, I... I love you."
Kodi glared at her.
"Love isn't enough anymore."
Dusty hung her head, and walked out the door, into the blowing snow.
Kodi watched until he could no longer see her, then he slammed the door, fell on the floor, and cried.

See how the second version carries more power?
It's because of the caps.
You can also see when at the end, when Kodi says
"Love isn't enough anymore." since it isn't in caps, and ends with a period, you can just see his anger turn to sadness, he's no longer raving mad like he was before, now he's just destroyed inside.
See, caps can bee good, if used in moderation, just like everything else in life.
It's only bad for you if you lose control.

I believe there can be exceptions for fan fiction to emphasize dialogue or if someone is emphasizing just one word, but it just gets annoying when a person decides to capatlize all letters in a post.

I dont think it should matter if its used in a fanfic or RP, but it's simply annoying when its used in posts at the shoutbox or forum.

Hm i dont know political or religious topics are normal things that a man talks about.
Wars start if we like it or not and closing entire domains for a fear instead of a more keen eye isnt the answer.
