Well, all of the dogs would be drawn in a similar way, in the style the animators used. Balto and Kodi.. I think there were scenes in which they looked similar.. but they are related so they should look a little like one another.
As for their characters/personalities.. I thought Kodi was determined and couragous like Balto he was just influenced by the other dogs on the sled team to not care about Duke. After all, Duke did try to take their jobs away.

I do agree. I believe that since Kodi was still young, he was able to influenced by his friends. If he was older, he might have realized that it was the right thing to do, as Balto did.

I think they look very alike! What I don't understand is why everyone thinks Kodi looks exactly like Jenna...I think the only way he looks like her is colouring...and Jenna's fur is red while Kodi's is a burgundish-maroony colour

Kodi is anything but 'selfish'! He was very, very caring towards Balto, Jenna and all his friends. The only reason he gets angry with Balto is because Balto likes Duke, and to Kodi, Duke is 'The Enemy', because he wants to steal their jobs which mean alot to them

I'd certainly feel very awkward about it. Duke tried to take their jobs, without them, the dogs would be unwanted.

I think Kodi is biologically closer to his mother because of the fur color.

Of course they look alike, cause animators do this when they have 2 realted charcters.

Yea I saw that, But his ears are more pointed, his tails different, his marking are different, his color, his attitude, his ears are different, pink inside while balto has brown, and Kodi has a bridge on his nose, don't see one one Balto. He must get those from Jenna.
