I think it was the twist that Aleu brought into Balto II. Personally, Balto II was my fav-- despite the animation. I still think Balto had best animation, but I dont favor it like I do Balto II.
Aleu has to be my favorite balto character, too. I love Balto, but Aleu tops him. She reminds me alot of me. I constantly correct people, & I feel like I dont belong. Actually I know I dont... but back to my point.......
But as I said, I figure that it was the spiritual twist that Aleu brought.

Ok how was she anoying? and no being stubbern or rude does not count as being anoying.
She is the best character, 1 reason out of many is that she is diffrent from all the others, all the others are way too much alike and well thats boring and lame, but Aleu gives the story some life to it.
