 Man, you're hard to please. Bambi got a 5 star rating in a professional review book I have.

He doesn't like Bambi -- what other reason to you need to hold a grudge against him?! I can't stand Bambi either. In my view, it's waaaay to childish. Honestly, I could care less about the five-star rating...because, quite frankly, I would've given it a -3...

If it's so childish, why does contain the following:

The death of Bambi's mother, the forest fire, Faline being chased by dogs, Bambi getting shot, pheasant getting shot, and twitterpation (young children wouldn't understand the twitterpated part fully), and so much meaning and depth to it? Why, even Cat has a liking for Bambi (I saw some of her Bambi art!). And here's the review:

This lush adaption of Felix Salten's beloved story represents the crowning achievement of Walt Disney's animation studio. Never again would backgrounds be delineated with such realistic detail, with animation so precise that it resembled live photography. The screenplay, too, has a bit more bite than the acerage Disney yarn, with equal helpings of comedy and tradgedy fueling a confrontation of forest animals and that most horrific of two legged interlopers: man.

About 95-99% of those DTV movies Disney released.

Even Speilberg said that Bambi is the ultimate cry film and that whenever he would watch it, he would run to his parents to see if they were alive!

OK, we get it, you're a Bambi fanatic although just coz you and millions of other people like Bambi does'nt mean everyone else does, I don't really like it that much but there is'nt a single movie that everyone likes because evryone is different, chill out OLL, try not to take it so badly, it's just like Balto, not everyone likes Balto but we all do, no need to go crazy even if it is one of your fav movies, OK?

Whoa! To get Speilberg to do that?! I barely have anything to say, but Bambi must be truly awesome and every person who doesn't like Bambi must be touched in the head.
