That cel has been on eBay on and off for about 2 years. They guy selling it will not let it go for a sensible price. Originally they were going for about $1500 framed but as I bought both of mine for $200 each unframed, I don't think he will sell it.

But, Balto wasn't even a majorly popular film. How can this guy expect to get so much? Surely no one is crazy enough to pay for it...

Thats like half a grand just on a cell that isn't real. I don't think anyone's going to pay that.

The "buy it now" price was 1,100$, I don't think anyone will buy it, even less if he's not willing to haggle.
