Cats are cool and fast good with hunting
Dogs are Loyal, useful and obdient hunters
I like them both because in there own way they are both hunters by nature.

Dogs forsure..xD my cats are SO annoying, if we dont keep them in the basement at night they come and jump on me and meow until I wake up..xD my dog is really smart and it's fun to teach her new tricks and run around with her in the feild, and she likes it too xD

Personally, I prefer Dogs. I hate Cats. I'm a dog-person. XP
But, as a pet, I suppose it depends on your lifestyle.. whether you have time to care for a Dog. A cat is a more simple pet.. they virtually look after themselves. But, no matter what, I will find a way of owning a dog when I leave home.

I like both.
My relatives live in the country and they have two dogs (a goldie and a big slob dog) and two cats (one fat one that always want to sleep unless you want to pet him and a new kitten who loves to play)and they also have neighbours that have three horses!

Oh, I'm not allergic to cats. They just hate me. And so I hate them.
Ever since I was sat at my cousin's house watching TV and her cat Mapel was lying on my lap. One minute I was stroking her and she was purring, next minute I was clawed across the stomach. Jeez, it hurt. So I pushed it off my lap and got real angry. XD
