Kirby and Kodi forever?.....Kirby and Kodi are both male.

Yeeeaaaah...see, I really don't get this urge, among some members of OUR species, to connote homosexual urges to ANIMALS, which act on instinct. Any case of one dog "humping" another of the same sex is a simple matter of a dominance display (and I say this because I just KNOW some of you liberal-minded types are going to come back at me with "well, there is homosexual behavior in animals, yo". Nnnooo...that's not what it is at all, people. Stop assigning human behavior to animals...). Ask any certified dog trainer, or read any good book on dog behavior and/or training, and that will get your answer. Kodi and Kirby have become friends. Pure and simple.

Let's leave the politically-correct, skewed, late 20th/early 21st century "morality" out of the question of the friendship of two cartoon characters, okay people? Sheesh!

well like cat said, i don't think that kirby and kodi DON'T match up, i mean they are both males and they can produce any osspring, but if kodi 's mate was some other female, or dusty, he could produce osspring.

Is'nt Dusty older than Kodi?She looked pretty old in the third movie to me.But thats just my opion.

But our minds can let us imagine that Kodi and Kirby really like eachother more than firends. The more and more I watch WoC, the more I think Cat is right. There could have been something between Kodi and Kirby. It's a CARTOON. Anything can happen. Even gayness with dogs. There's nothing wrong with that.

I still don't think Kodi and Dusty would be a good pair. ><

Uh, I'm pretty sure Dusty and Kodi aren't a good couple. Dusty and Ralph had more flirting goin on with them. Dusty and Kodi are just friends. And Kodi and Kirby would be just plain weird.

Yes it would be werid but that's what makes it interesting. and to all of you who think there was somthing going on between Kirby and Kodi in the movie all I have to say is It was a G movie I don't think they'd put gayness in that movie.

But it would be rockin awsome if they did!

YES! *highfives* It would be so awsome if Universal redid WoC that was rated PG-13 and had KODI + KIRBY!!

I think it would be the best if Kodi find a love by another dog or wolf but no person of the 3 films we know.

(TO THOSE WHO SUPPORT THE IDEA OF A KODI-KIRBY GAY RELATIONSHIP) Come on, people! I have nothing against homosexuals (so long as the responsible members of that community keep it in their bedrooms...like the responsible members of the heterosexual community do...and YEEEEEES, I know that there are IRresponsible members of both communities! DANG!). But I saw no indications whatsoever of anything but an altruistic, friendly, higher rank-lower rank relationship between the two. There was NOTHING sexual about it. Good freaking GOD.

Again, stop inserting a modern, politically-correct "awwww...isn't that sweet? And so fair to the gay community!" thing into a children's cartoon. The Balto cartoons are not about socio-sexual commentary. That's like saying that Bert and Ernie, of Sesame Street fame, MUST somehow be gay because they happen to be two guys living together. Sesame Street came out of the early 70s...the gay lifestyle was not accepted back then. Besides, Bert and Ernie were two innocent characters, with child-like minds, meant to teach children about basic feel-good things...NOT about "hey man! It's okay to be gay! Look at US!"
