Eh, sorry, but I don't think he looks like a wolf. Yes, your right, his eyes are yellow and we don't really know why, but all the dogs on Balto 3 howl. They are howling for Balto cause he is part wolf. I think he looks far more like a giant malamute than a wolf. Though he and that big wolf in Balto 2 do look kinda similar, they have the same markings  but you can still tell quite well that they are a dog, and a wolf.

It's pretty obvious that Ralph isn't a wolf. I don't think that he looks like one either. His muzzle is too blunt and rounded for a wolf and his fur is too big. He has the wrong build for a wolf.
