Nintendo does not rule the gaming world. They only rule the hand held segment, Sony has ruled the console wars since they started. But it is unknown on how they'll do now that the price is so high.

The price may be high but people will still buy it, tons of people are returning there Xbox 360's just to get Ps3 and another thing people who love Final Fantasy games and Resident Evil games will defenetly buy it not to mention the other games the change the meaning of gaming.

For hand helds DS take the win but for consul wise sony rules and Xbox & 360 are getting up there.

To some diehard fans price is not of there concern, thats how I see it, If I can buy something that I know I will enjoy then i'll buy it, so to me PS3 is worthet.

I know DS wasted psp and I sold the DS that much because if I wanted to I would just buy a new one anytime.

Nintendo was the best of all time but they are over killing there most popular games, I had tons of respect for them but all the games that made Nintendo what it is well they over killed it.

I used to love the mario games but they killed that by making to many, they should have waited a few years and then bring them out again, they would have got so much money and way more respect.

Now Gamecube and all Nintendo products are loosing sales crazy fast, people are getting pisses and there respect for Nintendo shatters because of the over killing of the wicked games, and making something like DS whats the point in that?

Nintendo is close to an end and all I can say or anyone who used to loved them but now disslikes them is that is all there fault.

The new Nintendo has a slim chance at it even coming out, and the selection for DS and gamecube is so little, and the ones they have are remakes of older games new Mario games and other games like that.

They also should bring out something new and original not only a few inhancments, like the DS no pint all thats been added was a bit better graphics and 2 sceens and so I ask what is the point in that?

The game cube is there best creation, I will always admire them for that, but DS that is one of the stupidest ideas ever.

The only reasson DS beat psp was because in asia almost everyone there likes there electronics sepret, like for example:

DVD Player (single)

TV (single)

Things like that so when psp came out it has so many things in one and well asians like there electronics sepret, if it weren't for asia likeing what they do then DS would have gotin wasted insted of psp.

I still love nintendo but if they keep this up then more and more fans will turn on them.

My favorite game that Nintendo's Gamcube brought out was Resident Evil 4 but Sony was smarter and brought a verssion even better, like what sony did in the versses match with Xbox 360 they waited to see what Xbox 360 could come up with and Sony took the next step and will easly win the verssus.

Don't get me wrong I will always love Nintendo but the new generation of gaming is about to begin and Nintendo may not be there to be apart of it, sad but true.

1) price will be a MAJOR turn off at first. And it will take a while for the price to drop.
2) sony screwed up with the controller design, then they went back to the original design (real inovative there sony... ) and added in a gyroscopic ability, and put a shiney jewel. Now you guys are saying that Nintendo is going down and yet Sony (the company that you think is better) is copying their gyroscope idea. If they copy a so called dieing company will they not die as well? At least Nintendo has inovation working for them. And they've got the widest range of customers with cheeper systems. Means they can make more of 'em for less money.
3) about half if not 2/3 of the gaming populus say that they are frustrated with what Sony has been doing with the PS3 for the past year or so. If you ask me, PS3 is just going to end up like the PSP. Taking second best to the Wii. Of course I think teh 360 will be first, the Wii second, and PS3 third. I'm basing my statements on FACTS. Many people are angry with Sony and for that sony will loose much of their proposed sales. And (this surprised even me) many people are getting excited over the Wii, even with the corky name change. So saying that Nintendo is going to fail and Sony is going to dominate? Those figures just don't add up. With the current data, it looks as if Sony will be taking a small dive, not die mind you, but will have some retaliating to do after the PS3 comes out. But this is purely speculation from what is happening now. I'm not saying that what I am stating is absolute, only time can tell. I could be completely wrong, but from the looks of it, this time around Nintendo will be doing better than Sony. Sony better just stick to selling their fancy HDTVs to 360 owners

PsP's ARE waaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy beter than the DS and the DSL for that maner. #1 Graphics way beter #2 way more games #3 their a cool color #4 their neet #5 their neet. Do I need to say anything else,

Out of all the game companys/consul, Nintendo will be the first to bite the dust, but the other 2 companys Microsoft and Sony will last for so long.

I can see there are some die hard fans of Nintendo and are not accepting Nintendo's fate.

#3 yes i agree, tis a sexy looking machine, if you like black or white, but what about the people who want color, and not the abundance or lack there of.
#4 true the PSP is neet (and oh so much more) but you hardly need to state this fact twice.
And you do need to say something else...the DS and the PSP are about equal on an overall scale, they both have their areas at which they accell, and they have areas at which they don't. But that doesn't make one any better than the other.

Wait hold on, did you even try a PsP? if not then you can't say jack about PsP untill you try it yourself.

Everything is wicked about the PsP and all DS has is 2 sceens and N64 graphics, I mean come on PsP is almost Ps2 graphics and the games for PsP are wicked same with the DVD's.

Nintendo needs to get there act together and make something that will out match Sony because if they don't then Nintendo is dead.

I OWN a PSP. So I know just about everything there is to know about them. The PSP DOES rock and the DS has a lot more going for it than just what you said. There are good and bad games for the PSP and the UMD (not DVD) movies are very nifty too. But the DS has just as good games and overall playability as the PSP does. And with the DS Lite it now looks as good too. You sir need to own a DS for longer than you did before you go and flame it like that.

Also you SAY your a fan of nintendo...but your not. Your a Sony die-hard and what I'm getting from this is that you'd like nothing more than to see Nintendo die by the hand of Sony. Well I got news for ya...ain't gonna happin chum!
