I'm addicted to Bambi. Off subject, I know, but seriously!

I like both

I just watched the second one. I love Scamp and Angel, but other than that, I don't like it.

I like Angel, but Scamp's voice can get on my nerves. His singing voice is really good though

Yeah but the original gets boring! I love Scamp and Angel, I love Scamp's talking voice, it is sooo cute! He has an amazing singing voice! That's one of the things I don't like about the 1st! Tramp and/or Lady don't sing! They don't even share a love song! Instead, they have two Siamiese Cats, a lady and a strange dog sing! Not to mention they have a couple of Itallian men with AWFUL singing voices (NOT because their Itallien!!!) singing Tramp and Lady's love song for them

Sure, the original is slower paced than its recent sequel, but that's what makes it a classic. And yes, Lady and Tramp share a love song ("Bella Notte"- the song that the Italians sang), but they don't have to sing it - it made the story more romantic that way.

I thought the fast-pace of SA (Scamp's Adventure) reflected the youthful and wild spirit of the main focus: Scamp. He's a young pup that wants love, but the thrill of being wild and free as a dog should be. On the other hand, Lady (the focus of the original) was brought up into the pampered life of being a housedog, hence the slow (and as you describe it, boring) pace of the film. However, the slow pace allows the true love between Lady and Tramp to secretly develop, while in SA, Scamp seems to fall for Angel almost at first sight . . . . then it quickly blooms into a cute scene of puppy love.

yeah but Tramp and Lady like, spend half a day together! Disney should've thought MUCH more about timing! And Love At First Sight makes the film alot more cuter!

Also, don't you think it's rude that you're going to a restaraunt with a new friend and these men that hardly know you, and they start singing a love song when all you want to do is have something to eat with a friend! And singing to dogs is just....crazy, I mean, how would you feel if you were walking down the street and you saw two Itallian men singing to dogs eating a human dinner?!

I liked the first, they messed the second one up.

It's a MUSICAL, DaisyWolf. And Lady kinda sings in the original, It's before the song La la lu. I have a certain appeal for old fashioned music. And I sing to a fox all the time. Oh, and just a little thing a learned from my Lady and the Tramp DVD, Trusty's line "Well, I wasn't expecting matramony." It refers to the time right after the song Bella Notte. When the camera fades, and then it's morning? You know?
