Im just glad your ok.

I may or may not be ok. I'm staying home from school on Tuesday to get more tests performed on me, and only then will I be sure of the problem.

I hope you make a full recovery. For now let this little guy keep you smiling...

It might have been caused by food poisening (no, not the kind like in the movies) from overdated or rotten food, but it could have been from the alchahol too......... but it's over, your fine, life is good!

Well, thanks for the support guys. ^^ I know I'm going to be fine, but still, it was pretty scary. I honestly thought I was going to die when I woke up. I was all confused, but now I guess I'm gonna be fine. ^^ I still have more tests to take though, just to be sure. The hospital is making a big deal out of it.

It was either from dehydration or from the heat. Cause my head was hurting from the heat there too. But nobody knows why or how it happened just all of a sudden.

Yeah, I think it may have been dehydration. The guy in the ambulance gave me the IV fluids because he said I was dehydrated, but he wasn't sure if that was the overall cause of it. They found nothing wrong when they performed a CATscan, and they said that I recovered quickly after they administered the fluids and shots...

As of now, we have no idea what caused it.

Wow, Kari... I think you should do the therapy just to be safe, but if you don't want to do it you shouldn't be forced to.

This reminds me a lot of when one of my best friends had a seizure in class about a month ago. It was so scary to see it happen because I'd never seen something like that before... I was totally frozen when she started twitching violently. I really wish I could of done something about it right then, but I just couldn't move. I'm not sure if she passed out like you did though, she might of but I'm not sure.

I wish you luck if you do the therapy. I wish you luck period. I'm pretty sure you won't have another seizure anytime soon because my friend hasn't and it was also her first one. I'm just making a guess.

Off topic : Gack, I feel so sorry for you... Do you think I could draw a character of yours as like a 'get well' card, maybe?

You said you were dehydrated right, some times severe dehydration can cause seizures like you described!

Well, now that I think about it, dehydration doesn't exactly cause people to have a seizure, I think it just causes them to pass out. What I meant was that the doctors have no idea what caused the seizure.

Its best for safety reasons, really my mum has worked for a doctor for almost 25 years its best to get it checked out always.

Dude, I seriously believe it was that rubbing alchohol that made you faint and have a siezure.

You never mentioned being dehydrated, and you said that right after your mother was done putting that stuff on you, you began to feel dizzy and naucious, right? Well, it was the alchohol that helped dehydrate you even more. You're not sick, I don't think, so don't freak out or anything. lol I just asked my mom (she goes to nursing school) and she said that rubbing alchohol dehydrates you even more. So that had to be it.
