Plus, not only was he made fun of, but his breed may have made him act like that. Usually, nine times out of ten, small dogs like Sammy are more territorial than other dogs, simply because they have to be slightly aggresive to make up for their small size. I'm sure he was nice to his owners, but probably didn't trust people that he didn't know. Plus, no breed of dog on this Earth looks like that. If so, then there would be more than one who looked like that. Trust me; it was a birth defect.
